Heroes & villains collection first look
That happened to me too... I had the Ariel/Ursula journal in my cart, but it disappeared at checkout. Hopefully that doesn't happen next week too.

I wonder how much that little glitch cost them. I'm sure it's merch that will eventually sell out, but still you'd think it'd matter a bit to them. I had mostly ornaments and spent a good deal of time shopping around the website since I knew I'd get free shipping with the Snow set. It was a bit frustrating, but I took it as a sign I shouldn't spend the extra money right now anyway. I won't be getting the Pan set next week, but I'm hoping everything will be cleared up for everyone else, and I hope it stays working since I can't take off work in October to get any of the sets in store. I imagine traffic won't be so bad for Pan next week, though.

I had logged all the way into my account ahead of time, and my extra items did not leave my cart. Curious to know if that was the issue. Typically anything you do while logged in, it saves. Items don't leave until you buy or manually delete them. The option to log in though is prompted during the middle part of the checkout process. I tried well over 50 times to "complete checkout" and each time I got the red letters, my snow white would vanish, but my other items stayed. Wondering if the glitch was due to that or if it was just random for some.

Pupuce, your photos are always so fun to look at!!! For those of us who never debox, it is great to see these dolls in all their glory. You put so much thought and creativity into them. Which makes them turn out amazing every time! A big Thank You from Hawaii!! ~Aloha:stitch:

thank you very much. It's easy to take great pictures with an awesome material ^^. The dolls are amazing. I wish I was in Hawaii. Lucky you ^^.

I was just able to add Snow to my bag again. Looks like there might by a few more available. If you missed her, now's the time!

For those who have seen the dolls in person, are the others sets gorgeous like Snow and the Hag? I am not in a position to see them, so my only judgment is via pictures (and the opinions of strangers). I've always wanted an Ariel doll and a Rapunzel doll - I think my order is Rapunzel and Gothel, Ariel and Ursula, and then maybe Elsa and Hans. Not to mention the frozen dolls are coming out in November and I love the Anna and Kristoff set. I have the Kristoff doll, so I was thinking I might sell him so that I could buy one of these sets. So what do you guys think? Set quality, position, fabric, face mold, whatever. I'm super new to this, so I would love seasoned collectors' opinions.

They are officially sold out! Congratulations to everyone who bought them. :)

I wonder if the site is glitching again--it keeps randomly replacing the Sold Out button with the "Add to Bag" button for me, but when you click add to bag the "
Aw, phooey. The product you have selected is sold out. So sorry!" message pops up.

Edit: And having just said that, it suddenly let me add her and I gave into temptation. I bought so quickly I forgot to use the SHIPMAGIC code. Doh!! :sigh:

Today I was randomly sent to help another store it my retail job in a mall that had a Disney Store. They still had 2 Snow White sets. I think it was fate, so I got her! So beautiful!

Call them! They might be able to add it for you.

last pitures both dolls together. I love them. It's a gorgeous set, congrats to everyone you bought it.

Love your photos. The one with the hag stepping on the SW tsum tsum is hilarious. I love all the poses and set ups of your pics.

I've been going back and forth on whether I should get the entire set of dolls. I wasn't so sure I wanted Ariel and Ursula, but after seeing the set in person I've decided to get it. I think all of these dolls look much better in person. I don't know if I'd sell a 17" doll for a designer set, but I think that's up to personal preference. Some people prefer the designers and others like the 17" better. I like the larger dolls because they generally have more detail than the designers. It also depends on which characters you prefer.

I was trying to compare the two Kristoffs and I definitely understand what you mean. I like him better in the big size, but Anna's face is just too adorable in the designer so I really want her. Thanks for your advice, I may ask my mom to go to a store to see what she thinks of them in person.

Well despite all the chaos that happened online, i'm glad that it all turned out okay in the end. Now I get to watch everyone buy Peter and Hook and be envious of them lol. Seriously though, I cannot wait till next week!
