I just received my order from a week ago and the return label has Memphis TN (Imagination Dr) instead of NC (or was it SC). Inside besides the pins and invoice was a slip that had the pin UPC #, quantity and location code of the pin within the warehouse - maybe this will help reduce the number of wrong items being shipped...

Maybe that's why it took my pins longer to show up on my last order. I used to get things overnight. Probably b/c they were coming from the Carolinas, where I live! Oh well.

I feel you Opal, I've been waiting for days for my Pocahontas pin to show up and it still hasn't!!!! I called and they said it hasn't been shipped, the 'normal 7-10 business days time it will take for standard shipping has been prolonged to 9-11' .....thanks...

I just called to check on my package and they told me standard shipping is now 10-15 days, ouch

my experience: On July 21, I was having problems ordering from the site, so I called to place an order. Pins and Vinylmations arrived on July 27. On July 22, I ordered SIMILAR items from the site online, and guess what- CM I called said I would receive them no later than Aug 9!!! That's 12 business days....don't know why the phone order was expedited...oh well. Lookng forward to it all being better, soon, I hope!
