And give me an official pin of the little doll from the mountain village? I would weep. And keep. XD

I sold one Fantasia Park Pack pin set at cost, sis promised Sorcerer Mickey to someone, and we kept the middle frame of Diana/Artemis. So all I have is the hippo at cost.

I do still have Stitch Park Pack pins at cost :)
 
So a friend was checking her sub today, to see if there was a new "hint" posted yet in the shipping details. Instead she found this.

In case it's hard to see, it reads
Next billing date: 05/23/2018
Next shipment date: 05/29/2018

Does this mean the park pack is taking a 5 month hiatus???
She has put in an email to customer service to ask what's up, but I figured maybe other folks should check to see if they have a similar status.

I checked mine and my husbands. I have the annual subscription, he has monthly. The monthly says thr same as your friend. My annual says this (below), which is really weird since I started the subscription in September.

Hmm, maybe that's why the subscription was showing sold out. I was wondering how it could be sold out with so many people saying they were canceling.

Do you think maybe it's because of the fakes being sold on Ebay and they're looking at a new vendor/printer/manufacturer (help me out with the correct term here, please)? And as I know that thought may be a long shot, still crossing my fingers.

I'm seeing the same on my annual. I can't believe they would take a 4 month gap and not say anything since we pre-paid for a year of monthly items. Definitely need to find out what the heck is going on. If they are addressing the scrappers that's great, but still, need to know these things.
 
Hmm, there was another thread somewhere where someone posted they got a back order notice on an item that said 58 weeks.

Maybe someone new took over the disney shipping department and is really terrible at it ?
 
Omi's friend here! This is what Disney told me:

"Hello,

We are sorry about the confusion.

Although we are not allowed to discuss the decision process behind this, there is a delay with the park pack subscription.

You will not be charged on January 24th as you normally would as the item is not shipping this month, instead you will be charged approximately May 24th when the item is scheduled to ship.

You will still receive all of the items in the series in the same order, there will just be a delay.

I wonder if this is their way of dealing with the fact that they've only sold about half of all subscriptions and are getting a stockpile of the unsold sets? (3 instead of 6 variants = 1/2 of total number of sets now needed...)??

But if that's what they're doing, why not sell the 6-pin sets they (presumably) already have in hand? I mean, 1/2 sold is better than 0 sold...

THANK GOODNESS!!! I really didn't like that they did 6 variants. It kinda ruins the sense of the pins being LE in my opinion.

That's the part that I don't understand. They must already have pin made, at the very least for January which were due to go out. Why wouldn't they go ahead and send those? And it we aren't getting any until May because it takes 4 months to make pins, then Feb-Apr must be ready as well. I think something else must be going on here that made a sudden cancellation of activity make sense.
