So, putting this out there, too. If he picks a trade with the Pooh cutie, and if you are ok trading the PODM for the Pooh, then feel free to use Erin's Pooh instead of mine, as she would be trading for a major want and I would just be trading you for other traders.

Alright all. Story Time.

So the amazing @MerlinEmrys tagged me in a post yesterday with a riddle. Whoever solved said riddle would have the opportunity to trade for a Tink Heroine (a pin which, as each day passes, seems to pass further and further from my grasp.)

After reading and reading and reading and racking my brain, I found the riddles answer and the first part of our quest is complete! I have earned the opportunity to make a trade for this true treasure.

Now comes the second half of our tale.

Here is what the individual in question is looking for:

"Beloved Tales, Dark Tales, Cursive Cutie, Piece of Disney History, Piece of Disney Movie, or my pinpics (of which I can PM but will not post publicly.)"

If you have pins in any of these categories available for trade, please let me know. I have until next Friday to come up with 3 possible offers - of which they will either select one or decline the trade (which is totally within their rights.)

I currently have four pins which fit the criteria which could constitute one of the offers, since multi-pin trades are accepted. (I'll post below.)

Now to come up with potential back-ups. I'll be posting my traders below, and if you see something that you like and have something that fits one of these categories, let me know! Depending on what they select, I can't guarantee that the trade will go through all the way (unless I have one of your most wanted grails, in which case I'll do my best to figure something out.)

Note that some of my collection is posted up in this thread (along with pins that have been zapped to me and are very close to my heart) so if you contact me regarding a trade for other purposes, please respect that I will likely decline a trade on many of these pins. This is just a very special circumstance that I am posting them.

Thank you so so so much for everyone who has already offered to come out and help, and for those who supported my wild Facebook ride last night. It's certainly been an exciting week! (And a good distraction from my term paper...)

I have until next Friday to submit an offer, so I'm going to make a final decision on Wednesday to allow time to all those kind souls who are helping out to make sure they're okay with this and to do a bit more research on this decision. (I have a tendency to jump into things headfirst.)

In other news, I think that I have officially changed my "books" stance to "princesses/heroines reading books" so that the PODM no longer fits in my collection B) It also narrows down the ISO list considerably.
 
I don’t have any of his wants, but you are still welcome to use either of my pins if you like. I’m sure we’ll work out a trade if they are of use to you. I’ll pm some details about them tomorrow.

For Offer #4: I am trying to read this trader to figure out which DT would be most desirable. The trader seems to like adventure pins (Indiana Jones is all over his wants), but there are a few Aladdin pins (but not sure if that is just the traders focus on PODH.) Question, which dark tale would be the first choice for someone liking adventure... would the best fit be Aladdin, so Jafar DT. Any other thoughts from anyone? Not sure if Yzma, Ursula or Lady Tremaine would be more likely to move this trade forward.

My impression from speaking with them is more that they're looking for an equal trader (and have limited it down to those more popular series) than something for their collections or personal preferences. But it's certainly worth some thought! But I think that since the other PODM with it is tailored to their collection, that the character of the other higher-end trader will not be as significant.
