Well.... looks like I'm now caught up with some weird warehouse glitches... I placed my order for this pin at midnight right when it came out on 9/19. Shipping to me from DS.com always takes forever, so I always wait quite some time for the pins. I stopped by my post office this afternoon to pick up a few things, and was expecting the package from DS.com. Surprisingly, it was not there. I came home to check my order statues again, and clicked on the tracking info. According to UPS it was delivered... to a front door... in a city it wasn't supposed to go. Confused I called DS up. They were just as confused because they showed my correct shipping and billing address and advised me to call UPS.
I called up UPS and only really "spoke" with their automated system. Though, thank goodness the automated system is good enough that it answered all my questions (though I did have to close the window because the sound of the rain was interfering with the voice recognition system :lol: ). I quickly discovered that DS had sent my package to me to an address I've moved away from.... 4 years ago... and 4 moves ago. :lol: So I called back DS and they've since sold out of the Rapunzel pin
They gave me a few giftcards, but now I'm without a Rapunzel pin
