I have to admit, I am in love with Jasmine and Aladdin! They are definitely not my favorite characters, but so far out of the three that have been released, they are the best in box pose, they look the most like their characters, they look like they are worth the $140, and the ones I saw didn't seem to have any defects! I am in love with them now!
 
Also, the Orlando store has hardly any merchandise left... it certainly was slim pickings. A few mugs, a couple shirts, some cosmetics, and I counted a total of five journals from what I saw. If you are debating on things and they have them in your store still, get them ASAP!
 
- & for people who were wondering if her jewel on the top of head was green or pink. It's actually a combination if both! From when you look at it straight, it's green. But when you look at it from a bird's eye angle, it's pink/red (ish)! Soo that was awesome that my friends point out.

I've been quiet in this thread but I got my Jasmine and Aladdin today, omg they are so beautiful, brb crying ;~;

Everything about them is perfect, I'm so happy! <3 Even happier that I'm keeping up with these dolls, 4 down and 2 more sets to go! <3

Only thing is, the hair on my Jasmine is super messy, all the ones in my store were like this... also, the bottom of the bodice is uneven on one side... alas, I digress but I'm happy I got them! <3

Pupuce... your pictures are stunning! You always take such wonderful photos, and your Jasmine looks perfect... so jealous!! :lol:

Based off of the stores, do you guys think it will be crazy getting Jasmine online? I am always super nervous, but so far (Ariel, Snow, and Rapunzel) it has been a breeze.

There were definitely more people in store for me today, but I don't know if that is because Jasmine is a particular favorite of some (there were a lot of new faces today, only a few familiar ones) or if the line itself is picking up or what. I think you should have no trouble ordering her online, as long as you are sensible with your timing. Don't wait over a week or you might miss her. A lot of people may not be interested in her right now, but so far she is the prettiest one I've seen in person, and the first time I felt like they were depicting a "couple" rather than a princess who was distracted by something and a slightly menacing looking prince in the background... haha. They are RIDICULOUSLY pretty in person though, and that might be a lot of people's deciding factor.
 
I definitely won't wait. I have everything all set to go for 12 pacific standard time tonight. I wasn't sure about Jasmine and Rapunzel, but my Rapunzel is amazing, so I need to get Jasmine too. She is way better looking than the stock photos give her credit for. My five year old daughter goes on and on about Jasmine so I am adding her to my collection for us to enjoy together. I hope the embroidery in person is as nice or nicer than Rapunzel's dress. I hope all the collectors can get their Jasmine tonight!
 
You will not be disappointed! Jasmine is gorgeous! Very detailed and the dress is stunning! I passed on her because I could only do 2 in order to get the LE Little Mermaid dolls that I want, so I had to sacrifice Jasmine although she is one of my favorites in the collection. Good luck tonight! I also hope that everyone who wants her gets her!
 

Did you preorder your LE Ariel already? Hopefully you did as it will be very hard to get her in store on the day of release as you would have to hope that a preorder has been cancelled as she is not available for sale on the 1st of Oct.

With regards to getting Jasmine online tonight I agree, I don't think you will have issues such as site crashes etc but as long as if you are on there at midnight you should not have an issue getting her. I have a feeling that she may sell just as fast if not faster than Rapunzel did though. It will be interesting to see the outcome. Just like others have mentioned on here I believe Ariel will sell the fastest. I am just nervous because I managed to preorder my entire set at the expo but with all these quality control issues if something were to happen to mine I would not be able to have it replaced as two of the five dolls have already sold out and I don't think any of them will last by the time I receive my set mid-late Oct.
 
Jasmine and Aladdin picked up way more than the past two dolls. Snow White took a few days to sell out. Rapunzel lasted until closing the next day after the release. Jasmine sold out today, although not during the raffle. For reference, our store gets anywhere from 25-35 dolls (number keeps changing.) I think there were 25 dolls today, but one had minor damage to the case so we are waiting to see if anyone will still want it. All the guests I've talked to have been interested in Belle and very, very, VERY interested in Ariel, so I imagine by the end of this we will sell out during a raffle. More people keep seeing them and asking about them as the weeks go by.
 
My store usually has like 5-6 left overs but only has 2 Aladdin sets left. I'm so
Nervous because I can't go to that store since its an hour and a Half away.... So I'm going to order them tonight.

Judging by all the quality control issues, I have a question. If I order 2 sets, can I return one or is it going to be hard since its a LE?


Also, about the whole raffle thing, it completely slipped my mind that people would bring 10 family members... That sucks...
 
Oh yes, Ariel has been pre-ordered I am so excited for this doll. I cannot wait to have her in my hands. I am so anxious for October 1st.

Don't buy two unless you wouldn't mind being stuck with two. Disney Store doesn't accept returns on Limited Edition products unless they are obviously damaged. If you get two perfect sets, they will NOT return one for you.

I totally understand, its not silly at all. I would be in tears too, which is how I know I will feel if I dont get LE Eric. I understand about the shipping too. How much more does it cost to have it shipped to you? I know shipping prices have increased which makes it worse.

It is not silly at all! I know I would be in tears if I hadn't gotten one yet. This is the first set I've been going in person to collect, and the villains weren't hard to get online, but I just know if I don't get one in person I'll cry, and even more so if I can't get it online that night. I'll be a terrible mess if I don't get 17" Ursula and Eric either, because I've decided TLM is the only 17" dolls I want, along with Belle since TLM and BatB are my two favorite Disney movies. I'm collecting the Designer sets because I like their concept/display. Unfortunately, I've only got two from the original set (Aurora and Rapunzel), but all of the villains. One day I'll get them all!
 
I feel so bad for those internationally that have to pay crazy shipping prices. Canada is so close, they should offer free shipping to you guys too. I am on my third piece of gum in a hour because when I am so nervous. I think Jasmine will be okay, but Belle and Ariel....I am not going to sleep well until Halloween!

Ahhh!! Anxious about Jasmine/Aladdin. Steps:

1)nervous hitting F5
2)gasp, eyes wide open, I can see the dolls online, still nervous
3)hurry, hurry checkout, still nervous (don't forget free shipping)
3)for a little bit a refresh feeling when receive order confirmation
4)anxiously waiting to receive "your order has been shipped email"
5)MORE... anxious & worrried, will they arrive safe and with no/none major defects.

But definitely worth it if all goes well and I have my precious couple in front of me. Yay!

My store had 13 sets of Jasmine/Aladdin & 10 of us bought them during the raffle. Out of curiosity, I'm going to call the store tomorrow to see if there are any left.
Does that make me crazy? Why am I calling about this? I already have my set...lol

If anyone has seen the Ariel and Eric mug at their Disney Store I would be extremely grateful if you could pick one up for me
