Yes, please post photos. I really want some better images of Ariel and Eric. Delivery of my Belle set has been postponed until Monday or Tuesday of next week. There are certainly benefits to having the whole set or buying in store. I am extremely grateful however that the buying process was easy and she is on her way. I did get Eric and Ursula today (other thread, I know), and want to mention that my UPS guy takes absolute care with my packages. Thank you to him and all other shipping employees who take pride in their jobs!!! I'm very ready to order my Ariel and Eric Set! It's almost time!!!

My Belles hair looks like it has NO gel in it! It's sort of wild and fluffy! Anyone else get a Belle like this? I kind of like it. Her tendrils are pinned behind her too so you can't see any curl in them.
 
To be honest we thought the box would have some sort of cushioning and be better protected, but all the dolls are stacked one next to the other and the only ones with bubble wrap are the ones on the end. Thankfully all the cases are fine, no major damage to any of them thank God. However, some of the cases do have scratches on them, very light, but they are there. The bummer was that for 2 of the 5 dolls, the name plaque is coming off. Rapunzel's in particular is coming off in both sides, but that can be glued back on. Someone had mentioned that for the pre-orders each doll would have the same number. This was true for all, but one doll. My sister got #269 for all the dolls except for Snow White where she got a number in the 4000's

How exciting! Do you mind if I ask if the designer bags were inside as well? To be honest I would have thought that they would have used a squarer box instead of a long one as I can imagine that would be difficult to transport around safely due to its thinner frame and longer length.

But congrats on getting that! That is amazing, I am expecting mine to get in around Mon-Tue as it just got shipped out today. Still waiting to see if I will be able to pick up my LE Eric and Ursula today, if not then it will be Monday. So I am really looking forward to Monday haha, will have a doll overload that day!

She is sooooooooooooo beautiful!! ♥♥♥ I really hope that I can get her in the raffle or online because now that my niece saw her in person she wants the doll even more. Sigh :sad: But Ariel is a beauty. I really can't wait for Tuesday to be here already.
 
Same here, all the dolls same number but Snow is in the 4000's!!! I guess that someone was sleeping at the first marketing meeting and missed the memo for ALL matching numbers.
The bags were tucked in along the side. All my dolls were in great condition, other than Rapunzel having a Cybil moment with her head twisted way too far right.
 

I hope you can get your dolls today! At least you know that the set are on there way! The bags were in the box on the side. I have a pick of that too! I shall post.
 
I always get stressed with how they box things!! Soooooo many times things have been damaged!!! I'm waiting for my complete set to come! Hopfully Tuesday! Can't wait! I wondering about the matching edition numbers!! Weird about Snow White! Lol

Thanks for posting pics! Good luck in trying to get Ariel next week, I think as long as if you are online at midnight you should be right. I cannot wait for my set to get in now after seeing your picture of Ariel, she looks amazing. Hopefully they Will get here ok because they are being shipped all the way here to Australia I fear that the amount of times they are being moved and constant handling may result in some wear but hopefully not too much!

I was afraid that this would be a possibility... Ugh! Oh well, at the end of the day, it's way more about the pretty dolls and not what CoA number they are. Congratulations on getting all of the lovely dolls! I can't wait for Tuesday to see mine!
 

I have faith that they will get there safely The set is truly amazing. The only ones I personally wanted were Rapunzel and Ariel of course. My sister only wanted Belle and Snow White, but since she was planning on giving me the two that I wanted, she decided to pre-order the set to ensure getting them. She knows how much I wanted Ariel and told me that if I can't get her she will give me the doll, but my niece is suddenly obsessing over her. Sad part is that if I can't get the doll I know I will probably cry, but my niece is my niece and I want her to be happy. So I will try for the raffle and if I have no luck there, I will be up at 3:00 A.M. waiting.

Wow it was a wait but now all worth it. Nothing wrong with any of them so happy. Opening each is such a surprise. Same here mine are in the 200's except Snow being in the 4000's, what's up with that? I double glanced at it to make sure I was right LOL! LOVE... Each cover is a different color they look so amazing next to each other. My favorite is Ariel's cover. I don't collect Ariel but fell in love with this set, imo this is the best more looking Eric .

Congratz! to those who received them today and hope all has gone well too.

I can't stop smiling so happy, now to txt my sister ^^

I second that thank you. It is so incredibly nice of you guys to share photos with us. She looks simply amazing! I actually like her better than the 17" Ariel and I never thought I'd say that! To those of us holding out hope for next week, I do believe that the early bird will get the worm. If we are diligent about getting to a store or online at the right times, it will be okay. Link fairies if you're reading this, please remember to help us. It's going to be a fun fun few days of anticipation. The adrenaline rush of getting the doll and having my order go through makes the competition bearable (almost). In the meantime, I'd love to see a photo of Designer Ursula next to the Ariel & Eric couple.
 
Thank you guys ^^. I don't have the Designer Ursula but this is one of the reasons I was looking forward to getting a LE Ursula. So I would have an Ursula to scale for my Ariel's

Little off topic: The Little Mermaid Deluxe Doll Gift Set is at 40% online, so I got one hehe... quite excited specially about Vanessa and also happy to get King Triton . Well I guess I now collect TLM dolls lol. I pretty much set for now.





Also hoping for them to continue the collection next year my favs would be Tiana, Mulan & Pocahontas. My sister would want Cinderella and Aurora. Unless their PRRRRETTY and unique and I like them too lol.
 
Now that I have seen the cover of Ariel, I can officially ask this question: Does it bother anyone else that all of the slip-covers color matches up with the background on the lithograph EXCEPT Snow White? For example, the lithograph background for Ariel is teal and her slip-cover is teal, but Snow White's background was yellow, and her slip-cover is dark blue, almost like Rapunzel's. I was planning on framing the lithographs behind each one, but now I think I might not because the color-coding would bother me! lol. Just thought I would point this out. Wonder why they did that?

I've wondered about this as well ever since I saw photos of both of the Snow White sets. Neither the regular or D23 sets match the lithograph like the rest of the sets do. You would think at least one of the Snow White sets would have matched the lithograph as well as the other merch like the mug and journal. Plus it would have been better for the regular Snow White to have yellow so it wouldn't have been so close in color to the Tangled set.
