Just heard about this. They are releasing a "pin-a-month" of Villains on a "broken mirror" to lead up to the Event. First pin is today at the Event LE 750, its Cruella De Vil.

I am already packed and ready to go!!

The only info they released is the theme and date. There are 13 villians that found a portal to wdw...came through and broke the glass into pieces. There are 7 heroes trying to re-collect the pieces to save everyone. There will be one pin per month released with one of the 13 villians behind broken mirror. Cruella released today, Hades is October, Red Queen is November.

Dates sept. 13-15
 
Well, it is good to know that there will be an event in 2013. Date is a little later than usual. Not sure what people will think of that, but I think I like it for cheap travel. Villains aren't my thing, so that's good for the wallet. I would get Queen of Hearts/Gaston but that doesn't have the potential to bankrupt me. Unlike some certain villains collectors around here :lol:

So I think this is going to be similar to the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom game.
In the game the villains are:
Cruella de Vil
Yzma
Jafar
Scar
Ursula
Maleficent
Ratcliffe
Facilier
Chernabog and Hades are also in the game
(maybe more)

And the Heros(the ones who defeat the villains) are:
Pongo
Kuzco
Genie
Rafiki
Ariel and Sebastian
The Faries
Pocahontas & Meeko
Mama Odi, Tiana, Louis
(maybe more)

I haven't played the whole game but I see the similaries when you say there will be "heros" defeating villains....?

It is not the best picture though. I will take some as well as upload a bunch from the pin boards and pin talk that happened at Mickey's Circus today. I am not home until Monday though but will definitely do it then if no one beats me to it.

Definitely will be Sorcerer Mickey . Perhaps Simba~ Scar . Pongo~ Cruella . Malificent~ Prince Phillip or Fairies . Hades~ Hercules Gaston ~ Beast Evil Queen, Old Hag ~ Seven Dwarves, Jafar ~ Aladdin and or Genie etc and so on . So many possibilities . Can't wait. Got two pins today. Hubby got one and I bought one.
