Also remember it's from DLP so it's in French , perhaps Moana sounds similar to something else in French . Apparently it's going by that name in quite a few EU countries and the lead characters name is changing too .

No Moana doesn't mean anything in French so i have no idea why they decided to change the name to Vaiana here (??)
