2017 Pin Releases
There is some temptation to go get a second set but I think of the first only Ariel would be a good trader. So I shall sit on my hands and wait for Zero next weekend.

So at my mall, there was some sort of Sesame Street event going on. We could see a stage below with Elmo and Abby. Needless to say there were a lot of kids, and so the Disney Store was packed. Far more people with vouchers than I expected. But the first name drawn was my husband's, so we bought our set and got out of there. I was disappointed the backpack wasn't a pin backpack like they sold at WDW. So I didn't get one, but I do kind of want the Jiminy pin. I'll be curious next week to see if as many people show up, or were people getting the pins because they were already there.

I agree these are nicer than the flyer showed, so I wasn't planning on getting the whole set, but now I'm not sure. I will have some scheduling problems though, because March 8th we go to London, so I will miss the US release that Saturday, but the UK Tuesday release for that week will have already happened. Then the next week, I'll have to decide if I want to try to hit a London Disney Store or not. Decisions, decisions. Not to mention the MLS season starts, and my husband needs our one car to go to the tailgate.
 
Does anyone know what time (and what time zone) the US Disneystore puts pins online? My ADHD got the best of me last night and my silly brain kept me up all night. I decided to skip the release.
 

Hope, I think the Europe pins are only online orders. If you want them, I will try to order them for you and have them shipped.

Okay, I think I might have seen that but forgot. So at least that's easier. I should be able to order them myself, right? Still have a US address and CC. I will have my phone and we're getting temporary sim cards when we arrive.

The form says they go onsale online at 12:01 AM, so that would be 8:01 AM London time. I should be awake for that.
 
My closest store said they had about 25 sets when I called on Friday, but in store they said they had 11. But only 6 or 7 of us showed up, so everyone got what they signed up for. I heard that another nearby store had people lined up outside waiting for store open, so I guess I chose the right one to go to.

No problem! Apparently, they're still available on the DS website! I'll prob end up returning mine haha

I was luckily able to get a set at 5:30 pm yesterday. The cast member said there were 30 people there for the drawing, but it looked like they still had quite a bit of sets behind the register.
