Well, at least the event time is later. But I don’t know if the drive from the Valley to Anaheim on a weeknight would be worth it for just the Lion King pin.
I had thought that the Mulan doll set would not sell out quickly, or the jewelry box. I guess something about the words Limited Edition prompts people to buy quickly without hesistation. I bought the pin set at 6 in the morning the second I saw it, no waiting, because the last time I waited to buy something LE on the site it was gone.hahaha...I thought this about the Mulan pin set from the DS that released in 2018. At 1850 it still sold out (in the US) in about 6 hours. I had a friend (Mulan collector) and I flagged her on it... she said she would buy it when she got home after work. When she went to buy it, it was sold out. Since the one I bought was to trade, she was covered. But don't want to miss out on this pretty Mali pin... since this one would be for my collection.

if you're referring to the PT event...
The Kingdom Consoles are really cool. The cartridge slides up and down, and there's a magnet behind the controller, so it can disconnect and dangle. I've heard they can be a bit delicate though. Just FYI.

Anyone else who collects Black Cauldron? Besides Mulan, it’s my favorite Disney movie but so underrated.
I collected the PTDs until just recently (still debating whether to keep Gurgi or not). I actually had to remind myself that I gave up that mini collection when I saw the flip and for a split second went "ooh, something for me!"
Black Cauldron is definitely one of the lesser-collected movies out there.
