The latter. you buy a box set that has all 24 and then you "open" a new pin each day.

I think this is the first time it's made a WHOLE puzzle though. A few years ago, it made, like, 4 separate window scenes as a puzzle.

DANG!! That's TIGGER up top between Jack and Tink!! IF it will be sold as a Set, I hope someone will break one up. Co-op anyone??

Also, nice to see Disney shuffling the Characters around on the Resort Holiday pins AND including the Villains. So tired of Cinderella at the Contemporary! ;)

There's speculation that since there are 24 pins in the wreath set, it's probably this year's Advent calendar pin collection. In which case you'll probably be able to find people breaking up the set for around $15/pin (or, if you hold out for a bit, drop down to as low as $10-ish if there are a bunch left over and they go to the outlets).
