Any info about this watch?

I bought this watch on eBay http://www.flickr.com/photos/61376637@N07/7052605151/ the seller said it was a Japan 10th anniversary Little Mermaid watch that came out in 1997. I have never seen it anywhere else besides the one time I bought it. Anyone have any other info on this watch?
