Any Opinions as to how fast this pin will sell out?
I didn't see any at LGM, the Ho, Fly n Buy or Greetings last night around 11pm.
 
They must have! I went thru Greetings and Fly n Buy around 7, and the LGM and the Ho around 11 last evening. I wasn't asking for them, but there were none in the display cases like there were on Thursday when I was looking for them. I was very surprised!
 
Ironically, I who started this thread seems to have bought the last remaining Alice pin in the entire DLR! I had checked all the pin stores yesterday to see if this 60th pin had sold out yet and they had, except for Pin Traders. I found one left in their display case! If a forum member who had pm'd me about the first one doesn't get back to me, I'll put it up on the sale board again for $15.00 including shipping.

I would be interested in it if you sell! I looked for it when I was there over the weekend. And nothing =/

They let you buy the one out of the case?
I always hear that they are not supposed to let you because it changes the edition size.
That the one in the case is made only for display.
 
ive bought the last pin out of the case before . but i saw a bunch of those pins at the park yesterday i bought mine and they still had at least 20 left at the ho they had some at like all the stores

Where do you get such information? It isn't true, and spreading such misinformation here is not doing all the already misinfomred pin traders any favors.
 
The one I bought out of the case at Pin Traders wasn't any different than one taken from stock. There's nothing special about them and they are taken right out of the edition supply for display. Does anyone see any at the park today? I realize that sometimes they forget to restock a pin, but I checked every pin store and no Alice pins as of yesterday afternoon.

That explains it. Cast Members are some of the WORST sources of information. This is evident in this very topic where CMs tell people a pin is sold out park wide, yet more show up later in the day or the next day.

People need to learn, just because a Cast Member said it, it isn't necessarily true.

I saw em too this past weekend! Disney and their iffy edition sizes strike again!

As for display case pins, they are part of the normal edition size. For whatever stupid reason the poor front line CMs are told not to take and sell the display case pin....ask for a lead...then ask for a manager...if no one is willing to take it out ask for the area manager..if still no luck its cause a manager has already expressed personal interest in buying the pin for themselves.
