I dug through my collection and found a couple patriotic pins so a PM is coming your way! :salute:
 
Awe I can't believe how amazing you all are wanting to help my aunt Janice and I give my grandpa such a wonderful birthday. Also as an update for those who are going to the fourth of July pascal pin release June 28th I believe at DSF, my aunt and I wanted to let you know we convinced my grandpa/Janice dad to go to the fourth of July pins release at disney soda fountain and even went as far to convince him to dress up as Abraham Lincoln for the even too. We are going to present him with his lanyard filled with pins on his birthday so he can wear it to the event. Any pins that don't fit onto his lanyard we are going to put in a special shadow box my aunt is making that we will present to him at DSF. He has NO idea of what we are up to. Like we told him he should stand across the street as abe to make tips lol. Also feel free to bring cameras and take pictures with him. He is very photo/camera friendly. We just want to say thank you to all of you who are trying to help us make my grandpa feel special for his birthday we appreciate it very much and and still in awe of how many of you have responded and are willing to help its just so wonderful and touching and again we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Janice makes it very easy to want to help her. She is one of the sweetest people I know!!! The fact that her dad is getting into pin trading makes it even more fun to help out. I hope he has a great time!!!

Yep! we got my dad to go! and dress up! this is gonna be awesome! I want him to meet all you wonderful, sweet, kind people! this is gonna be an epic birthday for my dad.

Lot of work ahead but this is just the begginig, I have to add buttons, sew outlines on everything, find some peachy colored or fleshy color felt for his face then make his eyes and mouth, oh my! but this is of a pin I saw, I am making it the center of the shadowbox that I will put pins around, I will show you all moe as I go.

This is the pin I found and decided would make into the centerpiece, it is painstaking work lol, myfinger has rubbed raw from the scissors handle rubbing from all the cuttig lol. But this will be good practice because I am gong to be making a Rapunzel, ahhh I freaked after I said I would make it, all the details, so I had put it off but now I feel I can do it after making this lol!

My dad and my my son at the Local Harbor for Tall ships event, they even asked for Jordan to show up in costume.

My dad visits my sons school, he did a free presentation for the kids, he has done this for everyone of the kids in the family. But also gets hired to do classes too

Ok so to the point, I bought one of Amy's Lanyards and found some patriotic pins at My D-Pins but Iwant to fill his Lanyard full of fun Disney patriotic pins. He has always questioned my hobby, he never understood the fun of pin trading till he took me to My D-Pins and found some pins he liked, I have to laugh he bought more pins than I did. then Karin Zapped him with a pin and he said what is Zapping, and I explained it to him, he was shocked that people are so kind to each other, he didn't believe it and thought it was the neatest thing ever. So I told him he needs to join the forum and meet great people and go with me to a pin release ahahahahahaha DSF one lol! and meet all these great people, my friends. I almost got him convinced to go. he likes pins now and the trading idea but my dad has a super tight wallet so I don't see him getting a pass to DL or goin to many Pin releases anyway my mom is a very jelous woman and gets mad when he spends too much time with us and not her (sorry I don't mean to bash her, but another day i'll explain)

So getting to the point, I have a few pins that I don't collect they are in my pin trading bag, but I don't see others wanting them either, but some do, here's what I purpose, does anyone have any patriotic pins they don't want? do you want to zap a very Patriotic guy??? my pops! he say's he only wants the patriotic pinsso me and Hidden_Miki have been buying what we can, but we want to give him a lanyard chock full of patriotic pins! and then we want to take im to DL so he can sport it! lol. If you see a patriotic pin in your bag and you don't want it can you send it to me to give to my dad, and I in return will zap you with something back, it could be a L.E or an OE but I will try my best to match a zap that fits your wants as close as I can.

Just ned to put buttons back on, he glue I used did nt work, it was meant for only fabric not beads! lol, oh well! but yay! his face! it's done, gave uplooking for a peachy color and went with a very very light tan.
 
I have a few...since I used to collect such pins.. please pm me as well..and no return...I just hope he enjoys them..
