It’s like the fancy letters / scroll work at the beginning of an illuminated manuscript, I think.

PJ and the nightmare pins were at HS today.
wdwnt.com shows PJ available at Epcot and the nightmare pins available at MK.

100% agree, this is the best one. Though Scar and Hades are still up there for me as well.
