I don't know if this will be valid bid but it can't hurt. I have two reasons for wanting this. One is that when I was in the college program two years ago, I was apart of the main street ops color guard during the flag retreat ceremony. Main street ops was actually incharge of presenting the pin to the veteren. The other is that it would be a cool to give it for my dad who is a navy veteran and with the local DAV.
