Cinderella 2015 Merchandise
I don't think they're planning on fixing them. The USA deleted scenes that have leaked and the alternate ending show unfinished CGI too.

I am glad that we are getting the deleted scenes at all, but I do wish that some of them had been added back into the film to create an extended cut. I know Disney rarely ever does director/extended cuts, but some of these scenes feel like they shouldn't have been cut, such as the slippers being a memento scene. Sigh...

On another note, Best Buy is getting an exclusive lenticular slip cover for the movie! Best Buy's lenticular covers are almost always great, and this is no exception. For people wanting to go for this version, I would try to get to your local Best Buy early in the day, as these usually sell out pretty quickly.

Also, the Target edition of the film includes two exclusive special features (on a separate disc I believe) called Becoming the Prince and Something Magical.

Do you have any more information on the bonus content of the Target version? I was hoping to find a description of some sort but I can't find anything on the Target website.

Sadly I don't . Usually the Blu-Ray.com forums have more information, but no one seems to know what the details are right now. I would assume that "Becoming the Prince" deals with the casting, costume design, and overall creation of Kit, but I have no idea what "Something Magical" is.

Thanks! I might be tempted to get the Target version if the extra content is good. Have to wait until it comes out I guess.

Too bad they don't have the lenticular cover and the extra content together in one version.

I gave in & bought that pencil case I posted about a while back, it was $2.99 at Target in the back to school section.

Haha, I totally agree! I've already bought 3 versions of the bluray and plan to get the BB lenti when it comes out (mostly for the HD digital), but I can't support Target, so I'll have to Youtube those bonus features.

Here's the Taiwan steelbook I received last week, but the bonus features aren't that great. 1 about her animal friends, 1 about bringing the fairytale to life, another about staging the ball (okay, that one's really nice because you get to see all the work that went into the dance and dressing the extras), and a short one about costume testing. The alternate opening is pretty boring, too; I'm glad they cut it to what it is.

I also preordered both the LE Korean steelbooks. They're releasing a second batch in a couple days if anyone cares for that sort of thing. Again, I ask to message me for details just so I'm not putting out scalping info for all to see.

@staykawaii I think we were posting at the same time; otherwise I would've commented on your pencil case. It's beautiful and a great value for only $3!!! You mentioned earlier that you passed at first because the art doesn't look like her, but no worries; that's the non-DS art always used, so it'll grow on you, lol.

Just curious... these blu-rays will play on North American blu-ray players?

The Taiwan bluray works on mine in Canada. MOST Disney blurays are region free. I read somewhere that the Korean blurays don't work on region 1 players, but I can't imagine why not if Taiwan ones do. I'm not opening my Korean ones, so that doesn't really matter to me, but since Taiwan and Korea are both region A, they would both have the same disc (therefore they should all be region free)

Wow, that was a really long way to say yes...

Further to what I said above, the Frozen 3D blurays are region free, too, so lots of North Americans bought them from other countries, since region 1 was the only one that didn't get the 3D release.

Thanks! I've often wondered about this. I didn't think they'd play at all, so good to know.

Just thought I'd update any Cinderella fans that I found a site that carries the iSpeaker carriage. They only ship within US. If you want more info PM me. I know it sounds very elitist to do that, but it makes me feel more comfortable giving collectors a chance to buy things rather than plastering the info publicly. My friend in the US got our shipping notices to say they'll arrive Friday, so I'll update with better pictures soon.

Haha, that light cube is amazing--the slipper will look great in there. I like the box you put your pins in, too! And your whole display, really. I'm seeing a little X. Was there a second photo that didn't post?

Does anybody have a "source" or a lead on the promotional keychain (the one with the large butterfly charm)? I really want one, missed a couple on eBay, and haven't been able to find one since. It is one of the few live action Cindy items remaining on my wishlist ...

Oh the pin/shadow box is from Ikea also- the square frame and I just made a backing with blue paper and iridescent film for the pins to stick onto

Loooove the speaker! Reminds me of the lamp, definitely will make a great edition! I'll have to check it out! Definitely post pictures when you get it!

Those keychains were a giveaway in a "Cinderella meal" (popcorn, drink, cup and the keyring) at a German cinema chain.

Hmm, I've been waiting for this doll because in the the initial pictures she looked so cute, but after seeing these pictures I don't know.. The earrings (which I agree look really odd) are new, and her hair is crazy-looking compared to the promo pics.

I'm sure she'll look better in person. It seems to be a combo of bad picture angles and the way her hair is tied into the box. I still plan to get her and customize her like I originally wanted to. I'm just glad they nixed the tinsel in her hair at Toy Fair. I was worried I'd have to tweeze out every strand.

ETA: my biggest disappointment is that the picture of the little girl holding her isn't removable like it usually is on these dolls. It can't even be cut out without ruining the design. I'll have to figure something out...
