PIN ID Difference between these two series

Hi everyone~
I wanted to know if anyone could tell me the difference between the 'Century of Dreams' and the 'Countdown to the millennium 2000' pins?
I think Century is from Japan but is there anyway to tell them apart?

For the Countdown to the Millennium series the back of the pin should have #55 of 101. I do not know about the Century of Dreams.

Century of Dreams were the Japan releases. In some cases, but I don't believe all, there were differences in the pins. I do know for a fact that the pins issued for the seven dwarfs were slightly different in the design between the US and Japan releases.

I would expect the back of the pin to be different.
Countdown to the Millennium had some wacky backs.
