Disney Animator Dolls?

I was told by a CM that Jasmine, Mulan & Pocahontas are online & Oxford Street exclusives in the UK. So I had to order those 3 online to complete my set ;)

I have also bought duplicates of Rapunzel & Snow White (my favourite 2) and restyled their hair. I gave Rapunzel a fancy braid and actually ended cutting Snow Whites hair as it looked such a mess out of the hair net. I think they came out rather well ...

Just to follow on from this, last weekend I finally got the remaining 3 to complete my collection (I did have to order them online). Here is a group photo that I took of them all together ...

Also Pocahontas has now sold out online in the UK store and when someone asked about when they would be restocked the reply was "We will be getting some more later in the year", so sounds like it may be a while. I am glad i got mine when I did now :tigger:
 
Thanks for posting your beautiful photos of your Animators' Collection dolls. I took the hair nets off my Cinderella and Snow White and their hair is now a mess after I tried to comb them out. Your dolls' hair look wonderful!

I honestly dont know what Disney were thinking with Snow Whites hair, when I got my first one and pulled back the hair net I was shocked at the long frizzy mop that was inside it, looked nothing like the photos they had shown on the website etc. I think thats why I wanted to buy a 2nd one to have a go at properly sorting her out. To be honest I think I did a better job than they did hehehe ;) ... the same applies to Cindy, I bought a 2nd one of her too as I was convinced she would look better with her hair up than down but didn't want to play with my display one, only took about a minute to sort aswell in the end.
 
wow thank you for all your help, and i will take a look at that forum, so far i have rapunzel and belle, it takes me ages to pick the one id like from the store, i look at them all :drool:
 
I am the same, people look at me like I am mad when I am pulling them all off the shelves to compare each one to find the one I like the best hehehe ;)

I'm soo late in this game, haha!

My best friend is currently collecting them and has Rapunzel and Ariel so far. I just recently purchased Rapunzel for my younger sister's birthday, and I hope to collect all ten of the dolls for her this year. My only issue will be making her keep them in the box! I also think I may be receiving an Ariel on my own birthday considering my love for my friend's Ariel doll. I love these!

HELP!!! I love all the little dolls so much. i think disney did such a good job with them. a new disney store will be opening in my mall next week and i will buy my first (and most likely only:/) doll to FINALLY have! since i will only be able to buy one i want to make the best desision. i love snow white, but i have heard her hair is a mess and i want to take it out of the hair net. i also love Aurora as she is probably my favorite princess, but the pictures of her online seem like she may not be he cutest out of them all. and my last favorite two are cinderella (although i have heard things about how messy her hair can be) and pocahantus! i think their dolls depict them beautifully! please respond with how you have liked these 4 dolls!!!
 
i agree about aurora! i think she looks much better in person however i still cant decide whether i should get her or snow white (ive heard snow whites hair is a nightmare)! i can only get one:/
 
Snow White's hair is a nightmare, however if you will just be taking her out of the box to display then leaving in the hairnet should not be a problem as it does not notice really much, I think Aurora is cute but I think she is most peoples least favourite generally of the range as she is the one that has sold out last in any stores I have seen etc. Cinderella is cute and just like snow white her hair will not be a problem if she will only be on display. Most people seem to love the Pocahontas doll and I do really like her but find her much more serious and not quite as cute as the others ;o)
 
I can not wait to do beautiful dresses for her!!!
Arrived last night and slept with me! he he!; Also pictured is my classic Rapunzel doll.
