I think - if you look at what people want and have above - that most people are looking for Snow White / Prince and Carl / Ellie as their missing pins. So, it's hard to trade for those if you have the same extras as everyone else. At least, for those who are trying to complete the set first. I think "completing the set" is more of a priority than trading extras away for those people. Once their sets are complete, they will probably trade (or sell) their extras.
 
I know for me I want to finish my set first and havent seen Snow for sale yet (course I think she'll be ALL that is available soon since she seems to be MIA from WDW so far..)

I think one of the prob of the set is the far better pins are the reveals so people like me who 90% of the pins they want are reveals- it doesnt have people everyone buying for buying sake..

I saw someone selling the couples on Facebook and he gradually lowered his price every other hour, it was quite hilarious to see. He started at $60 for Rapunzel/Flynn.
