Really what Disney could do is limit the quantity per guest. For stores, regulate quantities per group/househould. Stores could start asking for valid state and driver's license/ IDs that way they can regulate to see if they all live in the same household? Haha the id thing would be bad to do, it would cause a lot of problems...but too many times, I've seen a family buy more than half of the store's actual stock. They could increase the prices for the dolls, or exclude the dolls from free shipping online. As a die-hard collector myself, I would go to extreme lengths to just get that one thing I need to complete my collection. Just a suggestion :wiggle:

or the best thing would be is offer a "Re-release" of this collection at a limited time in the near future once they release all the dolls. Almost similar to what they do with their movies!

Got my Poci singing doll today.........yay!!!!!

I talked to my store manager about this, and she said she could -not- do any of the above and does not think Disney would authorize that type of search because it is to private and unlawful


......lol.

I'm getting so old and gray worrying about these dolls. I set my alarm and still didn't get snow white. Ugh. I have to have Aurora and jasmine and rapunzel. I hope this is feasible. Or I will have to give in to the evil bayers. I'm just wondering what's it gonna be like when sleeping beauty comes out since she's a 4000 le. If anyone gets an extra of these please keep me in mind as I will be a very happy mommy. And very gracious to you. I. New here but loving this forum rather than Facebook. Fakebook. Thanks guys. I hope all you get the dolls you dream for.
 
Moondance, some of those comments are really bad.

Here's a little excerpt

"I'm just saying its called "life" ... If the table was turned and all the people complaining had them then its gonna be a diff story. I HAVE 4 snow Whites! FOUR! So be jealous, hate me or whatever. I don't care. If I want to sell it for $1000, or keep it. Or sell them on eBay, orr trade 1 for the 5 remaining dolls. I don't care. I can even give them to a bum if I want to. I'm sorry don't blame me or disney."

I would be a little careful with that though. We don't want even more of the general public to find out about how these dolls are reselling.

Very true, EXCELLENT point my dear...My goal is to send a final edit to the editor of any local newspaper in Las vegas- or anywhere that I can reach out to...about the HYSTERIA and re-selling. How people are ABUSING these type of things for very unjust reasons (oh shut up vile resellers, you are UNJUST FOR RESELLING!!!!!) and that there needs to be a better way to stop the scalping.

Sorry if I didn't get the point you were trying to convey---still shaken about my snow white lost..........i STILL have not gotten a confirmation email.........it's scary.......*shakes even more in terror*

Snow White Designer and Singing Dolls

Hello all, I'm a newbie to this forum, who's been following this thread since it started. I have all 5 Designer Princesses so far, all ordered online, except for a duplicate Belle that I got in person in the afternoon of Labor Day, September 5. The last one, Snow White, that I ordered online, was made much easier by the link given by karkura in this thread. I'm very grateful that I ordered her before the site went all squirrelly shortly after 12:30 AM Pacific Time, and many people had great difficulty ordering the doll. Since I ordered it well before she sold out, I feel comfortable that my order will not be cancelled, and will be shipping soon. I sincerely hope that Disney can make the next release a little less chaotic.

I'm also happy that I got a singing Snow White on Monday afternoon, at my local Disney Store. She is very pretty, and sings "Whistle While You Work" very beautifully and cheerfully. The CM at the checkout congratulated me on my early morning online purchase of the Designer Snow White, as they had heard how quickly she sold out.

I liked the singing snow white! I got Poci-------- I LOVE HER! She's my fav doll- i also got Punzy and Aurore but I will have to take them back so I'll have money to buy snow in the future
 
people i went to the store this morning and got 2. one for myself, and one for a friend, but my friend didn't end up wanting it. if anyone is interested, please reply, it's a Snow White and I have it on hand, i'm not waiting for it to be shipped to me or anything, like most people are doing on Ebay right now and they haven't even received their doll yet.

What he mean? What will be the changes for the dolls? 1 for person (not 2)?? More dolls (maybe 8000 or 6000)?? Who knows! I am scared. :shock:

Question people: how much should I start a bidding at for this Snow White doll? I need the $ for the next 5 dolls that are coming out. What's a reasonable price in your opinion to start with?

If you bidding for one of these dolls...1) depend of the LE sizes: the 6000 LE for 75-80 dollars (Starting) is great.. the 4000 LE 95-100. Its too much..but not like the VERY CRAZY PRICE of evilbay. For me.
