Just wondering if this release will be an overnight event? Trying to figure out if I will be able to get any showing up in the morning.


 
I'm going to try to see if I can go in the morning and get some for myself and a couple as a Christmas present for my little sister since she loves Cinderella.
 
No idea. Maybe they will do the same like the last release and do wristbands the evening before to come back the next morning?
 
I suppose I am trying to figure out if people are planning to line up the night before. I need to plan my morning ahead of time if I have a chance at those pins.

I'll camp for the pins If I have to for sure. The marquee is so pretty If there wasn't a marquee I doubt it be a camp out by any means but... people love the marquee pins.
 
So I may have a chance at the other pins but probably not the marquee?
 
I don't know... I think the spinner is way cute too. the other two looked okay... but some people love the mice. Not sure.
 
The thing is... If your camping for a pin... Most people will just buy them all and trade them. Ya know? I don't collect cinderella but I know the marquee will trade well and if I have to camp out I am going to buy all the pins. But that is just me.
 
Usually when people are camping out, we hear about it by now. I mean, it could still happen, but I really don't think it'll be that crazy. They might sell out that day, but other than that, I don' think it'll be that crazy.
 
I really hope these pins aren't that crazy- my little sister really wants the spinner and the mice pins, and I'll be stuck using ebay to get them for her as we live nowhere near the DSF. Does anyone know how high above retail these pins generally sell for initially?
 


It's hard to say, but generally speaking, the non-marquee pins usually hit a high point right after the release and tend to go down by a month or after. At least, this is what the DSF Brave pins did. Again though, that's usually true for the non-marquee pins. the marquee pins just seem to go up in price as time goes on. But I'm still new so maybe someone with a bit more experience with these can add some further insight for you.
 
It would almost be safe to say that everyone is sort of waiting for something from DSF, since they may not want people lining up until "X" time. I think people willing to camp are planning on it, but would rather not. As someone stated earlier, if it were not for the marquee, there probably wouldn't be much of a chance for an overnighter on a Wednesday.
 
I want to go, but I can't camp out (I'd be willing to though! :lol Could someone please tell me what the deal is with the wristbands and how they work, and if anyone thinks they will use wristbands for this release? <3 These pins are beautiful! <3

I was there for Summer 2012 release of Jessica, Stitch & Chip/Dale release this past July. I got there about 8:50 AM the day of and was about number 20 in line. I spoke to the person who was number 1 in line. He stated he got there right before 4 AM. I guess I felt good that I did not need to show up so early cuz there still was plenty of pins to go around after I left. I'm hoping it's similiar this time around.
