I am actually dying to get my hands on Evil Queen. Always been more of a villain over princess kind of girl haha. She's going for less than retail on eBay at the moment, even with shipping. Don't really think prices will fall any further so I think I should pull the trigger NOW. What do you recommend?

As for dolls I am looking for, my grails are 17" red Jasmine and Mother Gothel. Close to zero possibility I'll be able to afford them any time soon though. I'm also keeping a close eye on the other 17" releases scheduled later this year. Might look at a few reviews before deciding whether to buy

Hello! I actually haven't been collecting for long (you can probably tell based on how recent my dolls are haha), years after some of my current favorites were released. You always end up wishing you'd begin collecting these sooner. Do you ever plan on getting one?
 
I know that feeling, I got into collecting with the mini dolls and I still don't have a complett set of princessess and I always thought, if only I could have started just a few months earlier...
Keep looking for the dolls you would like to have, patience always pays off. I see you like ladies in red (Jas and Gothel)
Regarding Evil Queen I would advise to monitor the prices for a while (so you get familiar with the price they usually ask for her but I guess you've already done that) and if you see her for a good price, get her. I don't think her price will go down further. Summer Anna and Purple Elsa are also around thet retail prices and it didn't change much for quite a while.
I set my heart on purple Elsa and Frozen Fever Anna so if'll ever get a Limited edition doll, it will be one of them. Maybe Belle. I also like the recent designer Rapunzel, she has the prettiest face I've ever seen on a Rapunzel doll.

Thank you for the advice. I did just have a seller offer to sell Evil Queen for $105.00 excluding shipping. I'm tempted to accept, which is probably the right choice considering the total would come to below retail. As for the ladies in red, if you only knew! At one point I even wanted Jafar due to his red costume haha.

Last I checked, there were some good deals for Regal Elsa on eBay. Frozen Fever Anna is even better in person though, I prefer her over the Snow Gear version. Though, if you've set your heart on the 2017 Rapunzel & Flynn Designer Doll set, Disney has a 25% sale going on and the code works on these dolls I hear some great things about how youthful and movie-accurate her face looks.

I would say, go for it
Some people don't like the tinsel in FF Annas hair (and generally in every LE dolls hair, except blonde Rapunzel) but I don't mind it. It looks shiny and in that aspect, I'm like that crab from Moana.
I'm sitting in Europe, Hungary so sadly that's not an option for me. I had to quit my job because of health issues and what I've earned so far goes to fund my studies. I hope when I graduate and find a job I'll be able to get at least one of these ladies
 

I'm happy to inform you that I did accept the offer on the Evil Queen Excitedly awaiting for her to be shipped.

Yeah, I've noticed people dislike the shiny skin and tinsel on some of the LE dolls. But I can't be the only one who thinks those special touches make the doll look more limited edition! The sun-kissed glow is what made me buy Teal Jasmine and pine over her other versions.

I'm sorry to hear about your health. Hey, with so many Frozen dolls in existence and the lack of buzz around Rapunzel, they are sure to be around at good deals when you can afford them.

I haven't seen them in person but on pictures it looks pretty to me. That sun-kissed glow works extremely well for Jasmine.
If you watch ebay carefully, you might even find a wedding Jasmine or maybe the outfit and redress your teal Jasmine from time to time.

And even if I wasn't able to buy a Limited Edition doll, I bought a bunch of classic dolls for myself as a Christmas gift

No, I'm collecting them one by one Here is the bunch I bought:

Snow, Cindy and Tia are the only ones I'm missing now to have a complete set. And Moana.
I was tempted to get the big set but I already had almost half of it and I did not want doubles I wonder why they put Snows rags dress in it. To me, Auroras blue dress would have made more sense, if they didn't want to include Moana...
 

Love the picture! I'd been wondering what these dolls look like without studio lights. I was seriously considering getting the Olaf's Frozen Adventure classic doll set myself. How does the quality compare to the previous releases? The detailing on their clothes looks good to me Moana is one of my faves, shame they didn't include her. I hear they aren't adding Elena or Moana to the official princess line..

Id love some LE descendants dolls with realistic face sculpts not the cartoonish ones seen from the Hasbro dolls. Mal and Evie would be amazing! not going to happen though. Im super excited for Anna and Elsa from Olafs Frozen adventure. I dont collect Frozen other than the LE dolls and these look gorgeous IMO
 
I'll do a comparsion with tons of photos on by blog once I debox them and let them switch clothes and Elsa switch clothes with my snow queen Elsa They look very sweet and the putfits are very detailed and beautiful!

I have her in the original shipper and she’s never been opened! I live in Florida so I don’t know how much that will cost to ship her to you, but she’s yours if you want her! I finally figured out how to add a picture and it’s pretty bad...LOL No rush she’s not going anywhere.

Oh, do you have a blog? Please share links when you do! I have a small blog myself, but it's mostly for vintage toys and written in my native tongue, so it's unlikely I could share it with the lovely people here.

I just pictured it in my mind: LE purple Elsa running on the streets, chased by a dog or a cat, climbing a tree hinding behind cars to get rid of her chasers


Just a little one and not only about Disney dolls but anything that takes my fancy, there are quite a few music posts but I'm also sharing some stories about the adventures of my dollfamily I thouht up for them.

I wish I could read it, do you have any pictures in it? If I would have written mine in my native tongue, noone would understand it, either as I'm from Hungary.
 

Haha mine is primarily about flower shops, masking tape, and Polly Pockets. Yes, the toy reviews primarily consist of pictures. My avatar (do you call these avatars or profile pictures?) is one of my most prized possessions Link me to your blog and I'll take a look!

Aw, thank you. I most certainly will After months of telling myself no and being on a fairly successful doll fast, I caved and bought god knows how many in the span of a month. My bank account is crying.
 
I'm not sure but I think you can call it both avatar and profile picture.
Could you leave a link to your blog as well? Mine is world of dolls and other things
