Disney Store UK question (e.g. that Tangled Pin)
As it happens, I am in the UK, in Nottingham, with access to both Manchester and Sheffield.
I mostly wondered of it was worth trying.
But, since I don't collect Tangled, I'll probably sleep in.

I had a mess as well just trying to order two pins when they came up however I got a phone all tellingh me I am getting them they said two orders went through when I only ordered once!! I know mine are coming but anyone who wants a trade is going to have to pay big!!!! I wish I lived in central ondon at elast then I would get to a store its too much trouble to go tomorrow. WE have two stores in this area one in harrow itself and one in watford neither of them carry pin

Your dedication and effort at uncovering the information is greatly appreciated. (As is your inside source of data.)

Wow! Reminds me of the old days with the Jessica & Tinker bell Halloween pin releases here in the U.S. Good luck to everyone & hope you all get at least one pin each.

Southampton store only had 5 pins as they have had to return half of their allocation due to the online mess

Oh my, glad I didn't make my bf get up and drive me an hour to try to get them since we wouldn't really have known where we were going anyway.

Good luck to all the orderers!

Lakeside's quota was also recalled - maximum they had available for sale was 4!

Latest is that payments are being taken today & orders will be handled "in rotation" - which to me & brother means on a "first come-first served basis", it is suggested that the time stamp of the order placement may be used

If anyone placed more than one order then payment will be taken for all orders & refunds will be issued (at some stage!!) for additional orders. Conversation I have had with Customer Services is that only ONE ORDER PER PERSON will be honored. Pins are being recalled to cope with the on-line demand, so if anyone manages to buy one in store then bloody well done!!

When I called after being left a message saying that my order was cancelled I was told that the restriction was to be one order per HOUSEHOLD not one order per person. Wish someone at Disney would make their mind up. Hopefully my Wife will get hers. We are both pin traders and have always order our own.

Just called up the Customer Services number. My first order with 2 pins has been put through, and I'm meant to be getting 2 pins. I confirmed this with the lady at Disney 3 times. My other order had been cancelled. I now need to let Fiona know that she may have had them cancelled, just because we have the same surname.

Payments will be confirmed from Monday onwards with deliveries from Thursday onwards - confirmed payment will mean confirmed order - only then should everyone commit to trades & sales on this forum

I can add more to the confusion. Both Paypal charges showing on my account - different order numbers and both times the site had told me the payment had been DENIED - had the status switched from "Pending" to "Completed" this morning.

Still I got an e-mail saying the other order was cancelled, so I am really not a happy camper right now. That chaos is bad enough, but now even making wrong charges?

So don't take it as order confirmation when the Paypal charge was made.

The e-mail also stated the limit was one order per household.

York store is also sold out I got the last two! And the rest of the stock they were sent is now being shipped back to forfill the online orders!! It's a joke but I am glad I managed to get one for me and a friend!

I wonder if the london stores had to send back their allcoaction of pins as well, oxford street being the lead store for pin trading, maybe they had more?? Either way im pleased i had the help of 2 different people with differnt adresses to help me place my orders. so at least i was able to help 2 members out here get the pin! just hope everything gose ok and they get delivered now!
hope everyone else gets what they want!

Yay, I got two . My friend's husband was online way before the mess began and I'm going to give her this number to call & check, but she did not get a cancelation confirmation .

First ebay UK sale saw the pin sell at £26 - I sent a message to the seller yesterday to see if he actually had the pin as the listing started yesterday at 9.24am - I received the reply at 11.30am today saying that the pin "is now in-hand" - sounds like this was a lucky eBayer who managed to grab one from the Stockport area!

If anyone is looking another 5 have found there way onto eBay with 2 "Buy It Nows" - lowest of which is £35 but will only mail in the UK!!

Another seller has 6 for sale worldwide at £59.99 each ($93) - how the bloody hell did they get 6??? Now I am seriously pissed off!!

it's just like the hysteria over the Designer Princess Dolls . I'm not sure if I'm even keeping mine at these selling prices . I have two , not in hand, till my friend gets them and they arrive here .

Wow, not tooting my own horn, but I got THREE . My friend called the customer service number and her 2 are being processed or so they said . My other friend just emailed me and got me one at the store . Let the trading begin .
