VINYL Disney Villains 2 Vinylmations

Just in time for Halloween, the Disney Stores will be releasing Vinylmationâ„¢ - Villains Series #2 on October 24, 2011. This limited release mystery series builds upon the first Villains series released earlier this year.

There will be 11 known figures and one mystery chaser figure.

Here is a list of the characters and the artists who designed them:
Captain Hook - Oskar Mendez
Lady Tremaine - Oskar Mendez
Yzma - Oskar Mendez
Dr. Facilier - Gerald Mendez
Evil Queen - Gerald Mendez
Honest John - Gerald Mendez
Big Bad Wolf - Enrique Pita

Love them! Is this from the Vinylmation Blog? I'd like to get a closer look at the pics! Some of them (like the Evil Queen) I'm not so sure about...

I'm glad they decided to include Capt Hook, but I must say my comissioned custom is MUCH better.

oh god I hope the chaser isn't Gaston.

I really wanted to see a 9 inch Gaston with his singing wide open mouth and a 3 inch Lefou.

The artist's name is Celeste, and she is amazing! I only own one of her pieces but would love to have more... all of her work is beautiful!

Very cool. I am glad we will be in wdw shortly after these come out so that we will hopefully be able to trade for some.
I have put away about 40 vinyls for us to take down mostly to let the kids trade with all week. They are going to have a blast.

I think it's store release first, but there might be some floating around when you go trade.

Hmm... after looking at these closer, I'm not sure how much I love them. I was so excited for them but some of the designs are just meh. Not too fond of the Evil Queen or Yzma especially. And I definitely prefer my custom Captain Hook to this design. On the plus side, I do like Dr. Facilier, Bowler Hat Guy, and Hades.
