FYI, I called disneystore.com on another matter this morning, but I did ask about the D23 Beauty and the Beast pin. The customer service cast member checked on the status of the pin and said that their inventory system showed they had them in stock, but it isn't showing as active on the site because it most likely has not been released yet. He speculated that the appearance on the site last week was a glitch in the system.

** New here and to pin trading.... Were do i go if i can not find any info on a pin....I am fast learning that lots of fake pins are out there... Im sure i have sum and will throw them away when i know 4 sure.. Pin i am looking for info on is of Mickey with a white t shirt on...hidden mickey is on his hat..and seems to be a face of sum kind on the shirt. I was thinking maybe its MLK jr but dont know. I got the pin from a cast member on sunday... Any help would be nice.. thank you.

I was actually wondering that myself today, as I was scanning all the different pins/sets, it seems that they are moving away from that model

It does not say what Figaro and Cleo category is, but I would list them as sidekicks. Maybe that is how the pins are divided.

I would've thought that they would be among Disney Animal Friends. It's a shame that they've not specificed. What's the point in putting them in groups and then not stating which pins are in which groups?
 
Just wondering why the new pins are not in the New Arrivals section of the Disney Store site? If I click on the individual links to these pins shown on the first page of this thread, I get taken to the pins and they look like they can be ordered. For the last several weeks I've stayed up to see the new pins come up at disneystore.com because I'm hoping to see the two pins I want, but this is the first Monday morning that the site wasn't updated between 3:30 AM and 3:45 AM. Does anyone know why?

That's still a very cool-looking pin though. Arg, I'm dying to see the Gaston pin! :( I hope it's awesome.
 
here's the Jessica/Roger pin from the Legacy collection that is now available on the Japan website - is it me or is there too much flesh on Jessica's top half? anyway it looks strange!

it looks like Jessica was supposed to standing straight on rather than sideways view her breast seem to be so kind of looks like she has 3 boobs :S
