I'm so sorry you didn't get your Wedding Cinderella. I can tell how much you really want the doll and it is heartbreaking. Unfortunately, with such a low edition size, it's really just a matter of luck sometimes. I hope you are able to find her at a somewhat reasonable price since she means so much to you.
It's definitely a problem with Disney Store as my card details are stored and I used the same card to get the Frozen dolls. I just read on Facebook that someone else has the same problem so we're not alone in this. Hopefully we can get this sorted and get our dolls!

Good luck! I'd look around Craigslist in your area, make sure they take pictures of the dolls they have in hand (with their name or user name or something like that so you can make sure they have it [no stock photos]) and meet in a very public busy place (library, Starbucks, that sort of thing).
Ahh thanks for letting us know, it gives me peace of mind knowing you have used the same card details before and its worked, i was worried as ive used that card for the first time on disney. Yep agree with niels94 we should all get our dolls and omg if this was the wedding one, i think i would have passed out with all the stress! Lol i think you can still get the blue gown close to retail on ebay? But the wedding one is just crazy prices!
'Even with link, you can't be sure you can got the wedding doll since there's only 250 each in US and Europe.
There aren't any in my area but I've reached out to people in other areas. I'm just waiting to hear back. I will not give up.
I have felt a bit unwelcome here as well. I am new yes and I did ask where the links would be posted as I am new and didn't have prior knowledge. I generally like this community people can be friendly and very informative. After reading some posts about scalpers I can understand why people have to be careful with the info they share. I will say I may be new here but I can assure I am no scalper. Anyway I got a tracking number on my blue gown cinderella!!! but when I check it at ups site it gives me no info... I really hope there is no problem with her getting to me. I can't wait to detox her( yup I detox my dolls) and display her with the 12" film collection wedding Cindy, prince,lady Tramanie and the fairy godmotherDisneyfreakingprincess, I'm sorry if you feel unwelcome. I don't think most people here are purposely trying to make anyone feel unwelcome, at least I know I'm not. But I agree with Quasimodo and the others, I noticed a lot of new people that joined the forum right before these recent doll releases and quite a few who kept repeatedly demanding links or items numbers and not really contributing anything at all to the conversation. I'm sorry, but not only does that scream "scalper" to me, it is also kind of rude. I'm not saying you did this, but this is why a lot of people won't respond to these types of questions asking for links and such.
Also, everyone keeps complaining about others having inside knowledge -- I for one don't know anyone on the "inside," and when I started collecting I couldn't figure out how people got links --- no one ever told me either. I relied on the link fairies. It's only been after over a year of collecting that I have a better idea of how it works now. I try to get all of my dolls in store now anyway but, even for that, I get up usually around 4 or 5am in the morning to get in line and wait for several hours outside, sometimes in freezing weather, to make sure I get my doll. I've done a lot of research on these dolls, and keep up with releases and what's going on. I've put in the work, so to speak, and I'm sure a lot of others here have to. So when people come on here only at release time and start asking others to give them information and links, it is extremely off-putting. Again, this is not directed at you Disneyfreakingprincess, but to this issue in general.
And just FYI to people -- there is not going to be a link to a doll that is still a week away from being released. I saw so many people asking for links here and on Facebook up to two weeks before the release dates. The link has to be "live" and that's not going to happen until the scheduled release time. It is completely pointless to be asking for links in advance.

Omg, I'm sooo happy that I'm not the only one! They told me that there is nothing they can do and that I should call my bank, but I have no idea what I should ask my bank because it's clearly an issue from Disney's side. So I checked my VISA payments today, but I didn't see any pending order from Disney... Maybe that's because pending payments aren't visible for me?
I'm so nervous now! I really don't want to end up buying her on eBay.

I really wish they would have released an extremely small number in major stores, instead of releasing 8 in two stores in the US. I think it would give people an alternative to trying to get it online. Depending on how much time you can dedicate, it would give you a better chance then getting it online. I would probably sit in front of my Disneystore for about 5-7 hours to get an extremely limited doll, rather than brave the mess that is online.
Do you know which 2 stores in the US got the wedding doll? I heard there was one in California, do you know where the other one was? I was kind of half expecting to see a few at the TS store in NYC but they didn't have any. I was just curious.
I thought TS was the other one that got it, but maybe it was just another rumor. I did have a CM confirm there was a store in NY that got them in though... I called my local store just to make sure I didn't miss out. I thought that maybe Orlando would have gotten a few, but we would have heard so from our collectors here by now about it.
I think he's nice! His vest feels like suede and the guitar/mandolin thing is really cute. I like his hair, too. He definitely doesn't have the magical sparkly appeal of other LE dolls but I think he's worth having to round out a Frozen collection, especially if you have summer AnnaNot my favorite doll by a long shot but I'm happy I got him.
I love my Kristoff doll! He's the best of all the males by far <3 I didn't like his hair, so I cut and restyled it, but it doesn't look that bad without restyling it... Here's my lovely pair dancing!
Today marks 7 days and counting for me....come on UPS, pick it up and scan it, SCAN IT!That usually means that the DS created the shipping label but it hasn't been scanned by UPS yet. I wouldn't worry yet-- for my last order it was nearly 3 days between the time they generated the label and the time it was actually scanned by UPS.
