Wow, so it's happening with the french store now as well? This has been happening (order follows cancellation email with the wording the buyer cancelled themselves) since Snow white and the hag in the german store! They've been telling us it's a server problem they can't get fixed that people can buy the dolls even though they're sold out and that's why they get cancelled. But now the french store is supposed to also have this bug?
I don't believe them anymore...

That's exactly what I was thinking! Most of us in the UK didn't even have a chance to buy them and other EU stores are having their orders cancelled. So where are the dolls?! The stores here didn't get that many either, I think my nearest one got 4. It doesn't make any sense.

I have Athena, her mold is awesome, i haven't deboxed her so i don't know what her body is like, but she's shorter then a barbie. She was my fav character in Tomorrowland.
 


it seems most of the dolls were sold in Italy and spain. First to have them online. and if you checked ebay, european resellers are mostly spanish and italian.
 
I always thought each online store had a set amount or is it the case we have 400 dolls in one pot and once they're gone that's it?
 

Ok, PrinceAli, you persuaded me... I decided to get Aladdin, yay! Your pics won me over. What great eyebrows he has and his embroidered vest is fantastic!! So, thanks, I'm glad I ended up getting him.

I know, what's up with them!?! Right now they are looking for $250ish for Aladdin and $250, $300, even $400 for Teal Jasmine. And let's not even go there with what they are wanting for the Wedding set or Slave Jasmine! Why do they think they can get that much, honestly, I want to know. They are CRAZY!
 
Where is a buyer there is a seller. As I said before I would never buy any of these for more than retail price. I work hard for my money and won't give it to some oportunistic low life. I wouldn't have a problem if one person or two do that but c'mon a guy brought his brother, father, uncle, cousin, friend who brought 2 more friends that had a friend that was searching for a parking and then jumped the Q. No! I'm saying NO! THEY WON'T GET MY MONEY!!!
 
Al is a nice looking doll but other than clothes and Abu nothing says Aladdin to me. As I said before he looks like white guy playimg dress up. It is a bit offensive...even to me and I am white. Who is next for complete racial makeover? Tiana?

I saw PrinceAli's post with the pictures this morning and immediately texted my mom saying that people were saying I shouldn't pass him up. Her response was "I figured you'd regret not buying him, so I bought him." She knows me so well! I think I'm going to love Aladdin, even though right now I keep thinking his face looks like he's been botoxed or something. But its Aladdin, how could I not love him?

Okay, what the H E double hockey sticks is going on over in Europe? It was one thing when Germany's site was glitching out, but now France's site is doing it, too?

As of right now, Aladdin is still available on the US site. Guys, trust me - Aladdin is MUCH better in person. Then again, what doll isn't these days, lol? Disney has the worst photographers working with these dolls. And it's clear that he and Jasmine belong together when you look at the two boxes side by side.

I posted this several pages back, but I'm gonna post it again for anyone who's still deciding. Like I said before, I normally don't do pics, but I just adore what these two look like together. However, you're gonna have to excuse Jasmine's hair - she's got a few flyaway strands, but nothing that can't be fixed.



Oh, and happy 200 pages, everyone!

LOL, my family are huge fans of that show. But I have heard the phrase used elsewhere. Just thought it would be a good alternative to swearing, especially if we want to keep this page family friendly.

Whoa! I hope it was just a stock photo fluke on the US site.

This might seem like a weird question, but is Aladdin's fez made out of fabric or something else? They always cut off the top of his head in the stock pictures for some reason.

Well, I managed to get Jasmine for £150!!! I am so excited - I was so upset that I wasn't able to get her yesterday. I've now just got to wait for her to be delivered!!!! I'm hoping the Frozen Fever release will be easier for UK buyers, but I somehow don't think it will be likely!
