Blue Aurora finally shipped yesterday and just went in transit!!

My Phillip is in transit after the label was created on 10/09, but still have not gotten a blast off email hmm.
 
I like how the Pink Aurora doll has a blue background and the Blue Aurora doll has the pink background...clever lol

I can't wait till I get my blue Aurora >.<
 
I have still not received the pink Aurora to Europe. I e-mailed them on Friday and again and Monday and they are now sending me a replacement doll, very nice after all but I'll be relieved once it gets here. :)

My blue Aurora and Maleficent have been sent to but only the Aurora has a UPS tracking number oh lord we'll see.
 
It's actually really hard to pick a fave this time. When I first saw them all in pics it was Phillip (believe it or not) but once I got them all home and reposed, I really love the way both Auroras look side by side. I guess broken down into individuals I'll go with Phillip. It's not to say I don't love Mal, though. Really I love them all.

I haven't seen any of these dolls in person but stock pictures and collectors pictures are really quite different.I was a bit disappointed with Phillips Stock photos but after I saw some other photos of him I was really satisfied with his apperance. He looks great and is my favourite of the group! :)

in the same boat eating for the replacement to be sent, please mention it when it does and I'll do the same keep checking religiously
 
My Blue Aurora tracking info updated last night and she will be here tomorrow. :)

It's interesting that my Cinderella set shipped last Thursday and will be delivered today, and Blue Aurora shipped yesterday and will be here tomorrow.
 
I always thought I would prefer Pink, but seeing them in person I do think the Blue is prettier.

No joke, I felt the EXACT same way when I got mine home. Then I repositioned them inside the box and I like them both the exact same. I think they've displayed the blue one better, something about the way they've positioned her head. I'm really glad I got both (but honestly, I hate to rub it in on here since everybody's still waiting for theirs or dealing other shipping nightmares).
 
I'm still waiting for pink aurora to ship, but I've spoken to Disney like 4 times over it and they assure me it's still coming so.... I guess I just have to wait. Good news though; my blue aurora, maleficent & phillip should be here Friday! Woooo!

I'm sooooo mad right now this cannot be right. I pre-ordered in July.

Usually if they over-sell they cancel WAY earlier. I think it's pretty safe to say that someone who got a replacement took away from your inventory :/ This is ridiculous - they need to allot a specific allocation to replacements so that it doesn't deplete anyone else's orders.

Yikes, this makes me highly paranoid and I have sent off yet another email about mine. They are supposed to be sending me a replacement. I don't think they would have had enough replacement dolls for all the International orders that didn't end up getting shipped. I would love to know what actually happened to these dolls and what they plan on doing it to stop it happening again
 
Do they take more orders than they can fill? My order is still "active" but hasn't shipped - tonight is one week since I placed the order at 3:00am for Maleficent and Prince Phillip...nothing has shipped yet.

Same for me...my order is active but the money is no longer being held as a temporary authorization on my credit card.

This is the exact same for me for pink aurora. Money is back in my account.
 
I'm seriously crying my eyes out right now. I just got off the phone with DS, and they confirm there is no more pink auroras in the warehouse. At this moment I'm just deeply saddened, I can't believe this. Can't even bother to be mad at all.

I just wanted that pink doll so much, waited months! I really, really wanted the pink one..

Lost dolls, that's what has probably happened. Same thing happened with the November Frozen dolls, a whole shipment of Elsa dolls was lost and people who found someone competent on the phone to talk to were able to get replacements issued right away.

I'm so sorry that this happened to you. :( Disney really needs to step up their game and make it up to people who pre-ordered. What's the point of "pre-ordering" if they can't fulfill them? :(:(:(
