I got my blast off too yesterday, I'm thinking it'll turn up Tuesday, my pocohantas did when I ordered it on a Tuesday, but it could just be where I live, I can't wait to get my Anna!

pupuce your Anna is such a cutie! Thank you for sharing your pictures, i love her. :) Was it difficult to unbox her? I'm thinking of deboxing Anna and Kristoff to put them together for some pictures.
 
I just recieved 2 blast off emails. My elsa and kristoff are on the way. Then a other blast off saying anotger kristoff instead of anna. 30 min later i recieved 2 more telling me elsa ansld anna on the way and kristoff coming in separately! I hope this is not the same thing with maleficent blue aurora and phillip

Have heard from the DLED FaceBook page that parts of Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and District of Columbia will experience shipping delays from the weather conditions. :( Hope everyone there stays safe and receives their dolls (in pristine condition) soon.

Lovely pics of Anna! :D

After looking more into my doll boxes I noticed Anna's box has snowflakes everywhere and in the back it has the triangle crest used for Elsa's Character Key Cell. Elsa's clear cover has mostly flowers. I started to wonder if they got their boxes switched. So I decided to switched them. I like them much better this way.

Have heard from the DLED FaceBook page that parts of Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and District of Columbia will experience shipping delays from the weather conditions. :( Hope everyone there stays safe and receives their dolls (in pristine condition) soon.

Thanks for that information. The weather has been pretty terrible here lately, so that is good to know.

Are several Disney Stores currently being remodeled? My Disney Store is around 40 minutes away from where I live, so when I checked Google to get my store's phone number so I could call and see if they would be getting the Cinderella doll, it said the store was permanently closed. But when I double checked on the actual Disney Store website, they said that it was closed for remodeling. I hope its only closed down for remodeling, as my Disney Store is really nice and had a lot of great employees (plus it was ALWAYS busy, so I dunno why it would shut down). I also really don't want to attempt to get the Cinderella doll on the website.

I'm so excited to get my Anna and Elsa, but they're being shipped separately even though I checked them out in a single payment. Is this a normal thing? I only ordered two small tote bags in addition to these dolls so I could put the "shipmagic" code in my bag before putting in Anna or Elsa. I already got my tracking number for Anna and it says the other items will ship separately (and the entire order is still active), but I also got over $130 dollars back on my card from the Disney Store. I'm just scared Elsa might not come.

You check them out within one order? Amazing! Someone told me to check them out one by one to prevent something odd happening.
 
The separate shipping is 100% normal. The dolls will be sent in their brown cardboard shipper boxes. That's it. The folks at the warehouse literally slap a shipping label on each box and off they go (although there is often a small delay between "label slap" and "acceptance by carrier"). As far as the "refund": Did Disney ACTUALLY credit you back $130? As in, a line item for -$130? Or is your "total" from them currently minus $130? Because they do an initial "charge" of the total amount to confirm that your card is legit and you have the funds available; that charge is never fully processed and "drops off" your credit card statement. Then what they do is charge you as your items ship. So if Elsa hasn't shipped yet, they haven't processed the official charge for her yet. Either way, or if you have any doubts, it never hurts to call Guest Services to inquire. There have been issues in the past with order fulfillment and shipment of dolls. Calling Guest Services will a) reassure you, if nothing else and b) get a jump on any issues before they go too far. Last March I ordered Anna and Elsa in the same order (I had multiple tabs open so I could put them both in my bag quickly, and they were combined at checkout), and both arrived just fine. I *did* have some nerve-wracking moments, though, and so did other people. Many needed to follow up to ensure nothing went wrong with their dolls--but in the end, it worked out fine for most people.

If you don't mind me asking does any have the same articulated feet as the new Elsa or is her feet like the snow queen Elsa version?

I went to the mall and talked with a security guard, who told me that remodeling is behind schedule so still no idea when they will reopen. See if you can find out the mall information phone number and call them?

The only time I would worry about it is if you don't ever get a tracking number for Elsa. When I checked out together for the November dolls, I only got one tracking number and the CSR would tell me that both shipped (because the order was closed). I called them daily and the day the package was delivered, I had my parents pick it up at the post office, open the box to tell me whether there was one or two dolls and the color of the hair. I called DS right before it was picked up (from the post office) and the CSR told me to wait til it was delivered and contact them again. I did, the doll was Anna (no Elsa) and the next CSR said Elsa was all gone, but that the CSR I had spoken to that morning had been able to save one for me, so it would be shipped within a few days. UGH, those few days before I got the tracking number was crazy!
 
Random question: You know how a lot of people keep saying that SQ Elsa isn't worth a grand? What about Rapunzel? She's also going for a grand+ on eBay. Is that really how much she's worth now or is that just the product of greedy eBay sellers (like how SQ Elsa is currently on eBay for two grand+)?

It's what people are willing to pay. If people weren't willing to pay that, then they wouldn't be worth that much.
 
As with the Aurora dolls, people who ordered way after me are getting their blast off emails first. I really wish I knew how they work out what ships when.

I checked out with both girls at 12:02 and had also some classic dolls already in basket. They shipped, but nothing on Anna or Elsa.

Friend who ordered after me (like hours, when Elsa restocked) got her email 24 hours ago...

The disney store that I go to is also remodeling. It said online that it won't reopen till may.
