SOLD! DLR October & Halloween @Cost Pickups

Okay so here we go again :wiggle:

Once again I'll be stepping into help out Speezard and Shelterkat by running the October DLR pickup thread . I'm going to include the Halloween pins in case anyone wants them too
There's going to be a slight change this month in that pins requested will need to be paid for BEFORE they are purchased , as usual Shelterkat will be handling the invoices .
In the unlikely event a pin sells out before the pickup is done a full refund will be sent immediately .
Prices quoted are an estimation of cost plus tax & PayPal fees . This does not include postage which will be calculated based on where you are .
Cut-Off time for requests / cancellations will be 8am on the day of release

I don't know if that'll happen this time , the Villains Vault was a special event . If there are enough requests I'll ask Shelterkat if she minds the extra work again .

You're not the first person to mention that . Is a Friday 13th pin likely ? I've visited DLP and WDW on a Friday 13th but neither did anything special (though admittedly not near Halloween)

Advanced Warning ~ October 12th Shelterkat won't be able to reach the park until later in the day , it shouldn't affect regular pickups however there's a chance the Haunting Halloween boxed set will have sold out given it's LE500 split between 2 parks .
If you'd prefer to request it from Merlin at WDW you're welcome to do so just please let us know

I don't want to double book, so is it possible if that day you can tell me if they do or don't have it? I know you want payment before but if I pay for it with you and Merlin and you both have it, then I'm "stuck" with two sets, and I don't want to spend that much money really.

That makes sense to me . I'd suggest asking Merlin and paying him, I'll leave you on this list anyways and if he does get it I'll remove you from this one . I'll check with Dawn but I think you'll be okay paying after given the circumstances . I expect Merlin will have completed his run before Shelterkat even gets to DLR on that day so it shouldn't be a problem .
