Hey Everyone
Here's the October pickup thread
All pins requested will need to be paid for BEFORE they are purchased , as usual @Shelterkat will be handling the invoices . These usually go out the weekend before a pin is released
There will be 2 spots which we can virtually guarantee , followed by 8 spots which we are pretty confident of being able to fill . Any further requests will go onto a waiting list . These we hope to fill but there will be occasions when these simply can't be filled due to time constraints and limited number of stores selling them .
Request order will be based on when you post in this thread , not previous months threads or PM's so please request here
2nd requests are absolutely fine however they will drop to the bottom of the list so they are not as likely to be filled .
In the unlikely event a pin sells out before the pickup is done a full refund will be sent immediately .
Prices quoted are an estimation of cost plus tax & PayPal fees . This does not include postage which will be calculated based on where you are . Pins can be held until the end of the month if you wish to save on postage
Due to the increasing decline of quality control by Disney , perfect pins and/or cards cannot be guaranteed and we will NOT be accepting requests for the Star Wars Helmets because of this
Cut-Off time for requests / cancellations will be 8am on the day of release , there have been quite a few occasions recently when payments have not been received , if this continues the offending members will be removed from further requests
The Halloween release is on a different day than usual , we will be accepting requests but be aware there are likely to be less pickups of this one available
