Do you have pins on your Wants list that....
I think you need to remember that some people use pinpics for their personal inventory purposes.
This may have been said but just like the owns, so we know what we already have, some people like to have all of their wants listed so they can print it when they go to a store or something and buy the pins. It is just a mrthod of keeping track so I dont take it personal.
Like WDWJuan said, he puts them there to remember what he wants even if he will be planning on purchasing them and in many cases that may be the cheaper way to go.
Do you have pins on your Wants list that you do not actually want?
I was just talking with someone who I had been sending requests too, and while they want some of what I have, but not the ones I had been offering, so it got me thinking:
Why would someone have pins on their wants they currently do not need or want? Would that not flood your box with requests for trades you do not want to do?
I have some pins on my wants list that complete sets, but aren't really that wanted other than for set completion. There are some pins that I have for trade that I would trade to knock those pins off. But it seems like I only get requests for about 5 pins from my trades list and I wouldn't trade any of them for this group. It's the ol', "if I trade that for a lesser want, I won't have it to possibly trade for a much higher want."
Another thing that happened to me recently that always is frustrating is when someone sends you a request and you send them a message back saying "yes i would like to do this trade" and they respond back saying. already traded that pin.
It's like, "Uh, then why did you send me the request if you didn't want to do the trade?'
Ummm, because they accepted another trade response from the same bulk trade request? In other words, someone beat you to it.
