Omg! For less then $1200 a month i live 10 minutes from the beach on a half acre in a 2300 squarefoot house with a 2 car garage and in ground swimming pool! How do people survive in California!?!? Li, send me their info, id like to help!

Where in Florida do you live? We are near WPB and we have 3,000 sq ft on a small lot on the lake with a pool and 2 car garage, but our mortgage is nearly $2,500 a month. We are looking to move to a larger lot so my hubby can have a shop building. If you don't mine me knowing, I'd like to know the area and if you are close to WDW. Thanks.

Yikes! that's a hard situation. Do you have any idea how far are they willing to move? I know there are places in long beach that are fairly cheaper due to the same reasons as Fullerton. I understand how hard it is to find a place! I just had to move recently and we lucked out just finding a 1 bedroom for 1000 here.

Not sure but they definitely have to look for a 2 bedroom due to 4 people being in the family (apartments can limit occupancy rates to 2 people per bedroom).

I think Long Beach is a fairly good option but of course be careful of the neighborhood. I can help in that department, as I live practically in Long Beach, what a good area would be. It's not crazy far from the OC depending on where in the OC exactly he works but Anaheim area isn't too bad of a drive. Just tough finding a place for that much now a days. :(
