Brave Mother's Day just sold out. PTD line is 2 hours long. LGM will change in next few people.

i would never expect anyone to give me one if they wanted ect... But my thoughts were along the line if they took a friend ect... Random homeless guy. Only slightly kidding. lol But I know that you would get all kinds of crap for that. lol

No way not at all! Most of those teens would rather be elsewhere as well so it balances out. And who needs winning when you could be pinning?

I heard that all fast passes have been distributed for the day. It went faster than the DCA Radiator Springs Racers fast passes and those are usually evening returns within 30 minutes of park's open. Oh well.

I know we are on the same page on this... The LE sizes are simply no longer large enough, at LE 300, to last more than a few hours at best. I hope they ordered PTDs accordingly; accounting to move 15 to 20 PTDs per month. The missed sales opportunities will be huge, if the status quo was ordered once again.

Yes, yes it was but as I said it was the Mother's Day pin that was to be released the last pin release (Alice Train). I'm guessing they need the foot traffic so the Calendars can sell. The PTD stands alone.


Any one recently been to DSF? What's count is left? Of what pin? what is the current PTD? So the rest of us know to make a drive there or not. Thanks.

Sadly at the Kevin release my friend overheard people asking for "the fat kid." That's it, just "the fat kid." No mention of a pin, nothing. First off, Russell is the "fat kid." Yes there is a pin for sale, the line is outside, you couldn't have missed it. Soooo many people this morning calling family members and friends. Also heard someone paid the CD give-a-way guys on the Hollywood strip to go buy some. 3 "surprise" releases in one day. I'll consider the PTD a surprise since we didn't know it was coming.

NOW, my biggest beef is with DSF at the moment. You have a long line of over 100 people waiting to buy the PTD and you have over 11 people on staff and yet you have 1 person taking PTD orders and 1 helper running for hot fudge or other flavors not at the to-go counter. That is totally unacceptable. And to add insult to injury, you then give out lazy half full ice creams with half the usual amount and just slopped together. Just because we are pin people and you are busy doesn't mean your standards andquality control should go completely out the window. I buy PTD's for both, the ice cream and the pin. I am not there to make money and resell them. I am there to buy a pin I like and enjoy ice cream I love. Today, I had to wait 90+ minutes to buy a pin because DSF management scurried out of site as soon as the Brave pin sold out. Left the troops to lean against the wall all fed up with the shady characters trying to make sure this friend or that friend has enough cash to buy them their pin for them. Like Pearls says, "I'm tired of this crap."

 

That is exactly why DSF needs to change. That is why that thread by ozzie was created. DSF is not the Disney Difference
