Yes it is and even the Ursula inside looks to be a mirror image!

Yeah, by "very similar" I kinda meant "Oh look, they're being lazy with the poses again!" At least they don't use only one pose for her like they do with some characters *coughKingCandycough*...
I think the background of the new one looks better though.

LOL, I actually thought you meant the outside of the pin, the frame portion
