The majority of the Disney Store Frozen merchandise is set to be released in October (though as you mentioned, I'm sure we'll get more when the movie is released). The Mattel merch is scheduled to be released in September. I went to the DCP Frozen panel today and they showed many different mock-ups of items, such as bedding, an art kit, dress-up sets, etc. The dolls that were shown were the same ones we've already seen.Only a few hours left until the website updates.
I'm hoping they will have a good amount of FROZEN products besides the Anna & Elsa Doll Set (which is the only thing confirmed to be going up today). Fingers Crossed the Hans & Kristoff Classic Dolls are released at the same time, as well as the plush dolls!
I don't think the Anna & Elsa Singing Dolls will appear until the theatre or dvd release date, due to the song "spoilers", but that doesn't mean that I don't want to buy them right now. XD
As Disney is starting to get more "comfortable" with releasing male dolls....Anyone else wishing for a male singing doll now? I don't know if Kristoff or Hans actually sing in the movie, but their Classic Dolls look so well-made that I wouldn't let them go to waste. Larger Singing Dolls would be awesome!
I did notice that the Elsa Singing Doll had long gloves... How can you hold her hand to activate the singing if she is wearing gloves? Maybe they moved the button? Even though I don't see how they could have done that for the 17" dolls, as the new 17" Mermaid Ariel Singing doll has the button on her hand like normal. Only the 12" Singing dolls have the button on their back...
On that note I'll add~~~~~~
I remember the first wave of BRAVE merchandise that was released before the movie came out, there was HEAPS of stuff! Merida Classic Doll, mini triplet brothers dolls, plush dolls/toys, comforters, etc.
I think there was 2 waves of merchandise released before the movie came out, as I remember making 2 separate orders before the movie was released.
The first being the Original Merida Classic Doll + plushies, etc.
The second being the Merida & Angus Doll Set + The OST (which didn't arrive until a few days after I saw the movie in theatres, as we had an advance preview in Australia)
I'm expecting 3-4 waves of merchandise releases for FROZEN.
1/2. before the movie release.
3. On the day of the movie release.
4. On the day of the DVD release.
(I know for a fact that the Merida "talking" doll was released AFTER the Princess "Singing" Dolls. I'm pretty sure that it was AFTER the DVD release, as I was in the US at the time tracking her down in Disney Store)
Fingers crossed we get a good amount/range of FROZEN products! I'm hoping for a pretty snow globe! Steve Thompson designed last years BRAVE snow globe (which I have in my collection), so perhaps he will do the same for FROZEN?
According to SK, the 12" Anna and Elsa dolls are only packaged together for D23. They will be sold separately everywhere else.
But.... they'll be the same dolls, right? Same outfits and everything?
How much did the two-doll set cost and was it LE? It's on Ebay for 100-300 dollars!
I do like this newer version of plush dolls Stitch Kingdom posted. I'd like other characters made like this.
They were not just for Sorcerer ticket holders. There were many more available than that. How many, I don't know...I got one of everything Frozen related that was released today with the exception of Olaf (I didn't come early enough for that wristband). The doll set does not have an edition size on it from what I can see...It turns out that the Anna and Elsa doll pack was only available for purchase for people with Sorcerer tickets.

I think the only difference is the packaging. :dunno: They were 1 per person and you had to have a wristband. Thanks for letting me know. There's some wrong info going around then.
@auroradawn The Anna and Elsa pack cost $39.95.
I am literally LAUGHING at the price people are asking for these dolls. That is just hilarious. They are going to be sold separately! SMH!
Just searched up the prices, and oh my gosh. They're insane! $150 for Kirstoff, these people are dillusional. Aren't these dolls coming out soon to the store?
They come out next month. I want to say Sept 12th or 18th. I know they are being released in the middle of the month.

Those plush are NOT being put out by the Disney Store, just FYI. They're done by a different company.Wow those plush dolls are really well done. I hope that becomes the new standard for them, even though I'm not into plush. And... still no leaked pix of the animators dolls? I must the only one who really cares about them, lol.
