I'm not an avid doll collector, but these frozen dolls make me wish I had a place for dolls in my collection displays. The LEs are definitely out of my reach (tho they are so stunning) but I'm really tempted to by the coronation disney store set. I love those dresses on them, and they did a great job on both sisters. Sigh... disney decisions :lol:
 
for god sake, I am so fed up. I got so stressed over the dolls and pins (stupid I know) that my skin condition flared up and caused my face to get infected - yeah eww I am in constant pain and spent all day in A&E and will probably have to go back, oh well I thought elsa will be there when I get home... well now it has been marked as delivered at a time we where all home and ofcourse no doll. I have checked all around my house, with my neighbours I am 10000000000 % done
 

Oh my goodness, that is terrible, AgentofAnarchy! It's not stupid at all to feel stressed over something you were looking forward to. I am so sorry and hope you feel better and that your Elsa shows up soon!
 

Sometimes they get delivered to local couriers who then deliver it to you. It's a weird way of doing it but it happens to me a lot. I'm sure she'll turn up on Monday.

Noooo!!! It may be ok, contact Disney, they will get in touch with the courier, also the myhermes tracking page (I've gone on about this before) is sometimes unreliable

It's the responsibility of the sender to follow up what is going on with the delivery for you, because they arranged the delivery, not the buyer. If it is truly missing they should send a replacement out

So I've been listening to the little iTunes snippets from the soundtrack for the last 24 hours and I am getting SO MUCH MORE EXCITED about this movie!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHH!!!!

I want to go see it opening day but the only theater doing a midnight premiere is very far, and that Wednesday I have class and then work. I'm seriously considering skipping class for this movie. I don't think I can wait another day longer than necessary... Not to mention I want to see the movie, like, three times in theaters if it's as good as I've heard it is.

On a completely unrelated note, I don't have to go to work at the Disney Store on Thanksgiving day! WOO!!!!! I was supposed to go in at 7 pm on Thanksgiving and was super agitated that I'd be missing out on family time to go to work. But someone needed to switch shifts so they could be off Friday so now I work Black Friday (er... "Magical" Friday) instead of opening on Thanksgiving night. I'm much happier about this as it'll be the first Black Friday in years that I can actually sleep Thanksgiving night instead of going to work.
 


Why are you letting the worry over dolls affect your health?
 

Some theaters are showing the movie on Tuesday night 7PM instead of midnight . I would check and see if any of your local theaters are one of them. Were are seeing it on Tuesday, have our tickets and everything
I am beyond excited and cannot wait!! Question are the Disney Stores opening at midnight this year? Each year they seem to be opening earlier and earlier. I really feel bad for everyone who have to go in super early or now Thanksgiving in preparation for crazy Friday. It seems to be getting worse every year. The way things look all retailers will be open on Thanksgiving in the future.
 

Every Disney Store is different- it depends on the mall. Some stores are opening as early as 7pm, some 8pm, some midnight and some don't open until 7 the next morning.
 
Yah at my store they are opening at 8pm on Thanksgiving. Personally, I will not go because it is suppose to be a holiday to spend with your family not to go shopping. I feel bad for my managers because they have to work....

My theater is doing an early showing as well. Still deciding if I want to go to the 7:00pm or 10:00pm showing.....
 
Ahhh what happened to the tracking? Everything has reset to being label created waiting on item to be received?! Hoping this is just a UPS tracking glitch??
 
I found a theater that's showing it Tuesday night but I have class then too. Dumb professors not cancelling classes the week of Thanksgiving... or for important Disney premieres! Maybe I'll find a showing for 10pm somewhere...

As I said it's silly I know. Everyone gets stressed unfortunately my body doesn't take it to well. I've now wnded up in hospital again and it seems I was misdiagnosed and dangerously sent home so it had nothing to do with stress. I'm sorry to have bothered anyone it was not my intention.
 

I am sure no one was bothered by this, sometimes people just have to ask! SMH :\
I hope you're feeling better, and yes, I definitely understand where you are coming from.
When I was calling around for the dolls on wednesday morning, I still had 2 hours of class left and I was beating myself up thinking I wasn't going to make it to one of the stores in time to get the girls.

Saner minds prevailed, I got lucky, and the 18+ age limit worked.

By any chance, have you watched "Life of Brian"? Always look on the bright side of life
 
I'm glad you got them hehe yes I have I normally do but a lot went on at once and I got a little stressy I apologise. Looks like I had a pretty serious allergic reaction so just aswell I got annoyed enough to go to the hospital xD
 
I had a quick off-topic question. Ok, has everyone seen the giant Olaf plush that is at JcPenney's for like $500? I thought it was kinda cool but then I remember seeing a picture of a giant plush of Queen Elinor as the bear....by chance was that giant plush for sale or was it just a display down at the Burbank Disney Store?
 
At my local DS they have at least 8 more of each girlie left (LE Frozen) if anyone wants me to pick one up for them, add shipping and a tiny tiny bit for my time (just to really cover petrol/gas).... let me know, guys! I hope everyone who ordered gets their dolls soon- best wishes to AgentofAnarchy too!!! :hug:

Has anyone who ordered online for the £80 had a response from the email sent to DS about the refund and £10 voucher?

Thank you Your really kind. disney where really good once I got through to them and this is positive for those who held back buying it the higher price. Hermes claims they didn't mark it like mine says and they asked for five days since yesterday to deliver. We explained to disney we where scared she would sell it if she is lost. They said that some dolls have been held back until the prices are all sorted so there are some left. An Elsa has been put on hold for me and if she doesn't arrive in five days then I will be sent a replacement.
