The Elsa classic doll has been sold out at DW for a couple of weeks now and they have not brought any more. They had a ton of Anna dolls though.
 
Will the Panini Frozen magazine and stickers come to the US? I remember seeing those for Cars, sports, and the Avengers. I'd love to collect them but ... US doesn't seem to get them.
 
Finally saw frozen!!!! Even though I knew a lot of the spoilers from reading books I very much enjoyed! Even got my hubby who was against watching a Disney movie over an action movie to watch it with me; he was actually all into it and laughed at Olaf most of movie lol...I'm sorry so many people are still having issues with their purchases but believe me once you receive your dolls and after watching the movie you shouldn't be disappointed and happy you endured:-)
 
I have been avoiding this thread like the plague as the movie doesn't come out for another two weeks however I have advance screening tickets this Sunday! I am so excited! Wish time would hurry up so I can see this movie and then continue reading this thread to see what people think! Unfortunately the advance screening is not in 3D :(

Oh well will have to see it again in Gold Class and in 3D when it comes out hehe.
 
I totally understand you Polaris. Frozen won't come out here in Mexico until December the 20th. I was getting super annoyed because I was bumping into a different spoiler everyday 1 week after the movie premiered in US, in either this forum, instagram, google images or wikipedias. So I ended up watching it illegally on the internet, and I'm glad I did because 2 days after people started discussing in this thread what I think is the biggest Spoiler of the movie, and I would have died if I had read that before watching. So just to be sure, I recommend staying away from this thread before watching it, as anyone can spoil anything when talking in terms of what they wish will be created next in the merchandise.

PS: I will still watch the movie in the cinemas when it comes out here in Mexico, so please don't kill me for watching it online. ;)

I did see the other thread but decided not to comment in there as some of the comments are just daft and I can't be bothered getting into any arguments. I think people just need to remember its a movie, some will like others will dislike. But what I will say is I am looking forward to seeing it again after reading the reviews from the thread as they do get you thinking from a different perspective.

Anyway back to merchandise I went on the UK Disney store looking to buy the small Olaf soft toy but its sold out so hope he comes back on stock soon.

Yippee thanks Mike! I love him because he can make an appearance every Christmas now and not just stored away like the rest of my soft toys in one of the spare rooms!

I know I'm thinking way ahead but when can we expect the blu ray to come out?
 
Haha I know what you mean, I bought the bigger one. So really building on my Frozen collection. I have yet to buy a Hans doll and a Sven plush still wondering if I should buy them or not. Am thinking I will decide after I see the movie this weekend. So excited!!
 
Ok guys I know I'm a little late on the band wagon here but I just saw frozen today and I really enjoyed it, I went on the website today to buy the Sven plush and he's sold out, should I panic and buy it on ebay? Disney usually always restock there plush at some point right.
 
The Sven plush, 10 inch Olaf, and the Elsa classic doll are all sold out online. As in, removed. Not even just temporarily marked as such. I think there is always a chance of the items coming back, but I don't think they are sure, and that is why they removed them for now. My store is completely sold out of all of these items as well.

JCPenny sells an almost identical Sven plush, if you can manage to find one there! Otherwise, its hard to say. I would try to find one for a good price.
 
I just received my copy of The Art of Frozen by Charles Solomon. As far as the "Art of" book go, there is a bunch of nice artwork in there, but the text in certain areas is a bit sparse. I would have liked to have read more about the development of each character's design more, but it's a beautiful book. The thing that really took me by surprise is some of Elsa's earlier concept art, where she looked kind of like Liza Minnelli! I like Liza, but I am so glad that Elsa ended up with the final look that she has in the film. The short, black, spiky cornucopia hair just does not do it for me. I also have to say that Jin Kim's art always amazes me. I loved his 2-D work on Flynn Rider's design for Tangled and I love his 2-D art for Elsa! aww that sucks. I just tried now and I guess it sold out between the time I posted and you were able to check. Have you tried calling some stores? I know they can ship out to you, so you may want to try that before resorting to eBay.
 
Sooooo excited to finally see Frozen tomorrow! I actually spotted the sticker album in a newsagents today and decided to go for it - my Mulan one from 1998 is still hanging around my room even now!- and I was amazed I only got one duplicate out of about 10 packs!
 
My friend finally got her Anna and Elsa.

Anna: 540-something
Elsa: 1212

She loves them both, but likes Elsa more. :D

It was worth all the misery and annoyance I put her through because of my obsession. :p

I hear ya!!!! It's been a lot of drama with these releases, but now that both dolls are in my possession, happiness sets in!
 
I want a doll set of Flynn and Rapunzel in their Frozen outfits lol. Btw, I don't get the 3rd Cameo of the painting, what is it suposed to represent?
