Well if it makes anybody happy, we started getting in our Frozen merchandise in. I'll post a couple of what we got so far.

Did the same artists work on Frozen as Tangled? Because I see a similar style in the flowers, snowflakes, and scrolling for Frozen as Rapunzel's tower art and suns.
 
Nifty stuff, PrinceAli, thanks for sharing! Loving Sven, but hating the character of Olaf. Already thinking he’s the Jar Jar Binks of the film. :lol:
 
Love the stuff! Thanks for sharing PrinceAli!! I actually like Olaf more than Sven, mostly because to me Sven is a carbon caribou copy of Maximus and I haven't been impressed with him. Olaf, while I didn't like him at first, seems pretty funny and well-voiced.
I still hate how often Anna looks cross eyed in her pics...

Last year I had the same opinion of Olaf, but that was before I heard his voice and saw him interact with any of the characters. Now from clips I've seen, I love him! Definitely not Jar Jar Binks in my opinion. He's lovable with an awesome song.



I was a little worried about that too after seeing the teaser trailer...but I think Sven and Maximus have very different personalities. Sure, they may both have dog-like qualities, but Sven seems to be a much softer, somewhat goofier character.
 
No worries guys! I mean the frozen merch won't come out until Sept.16 but I'm already loving the stuff we're getting. Especially Olaf! He seems to be a loveable character from what I saw in the leaked trailers. I'm really excited about the human characters too! Really excited for Elsa & Anna will be posting more once we get more in!

Okay, disneycrazee, I’ll reserve judgement until I see the final film (I was going by what I saw in the short that’s been making the rounds). From what I understand, the poor little guy only wants a warm hug!

Anyway, back to the merchandise! Those 12" dolls of Hans and Kristoff look pretty amazing! :naughty:
 
I'm so excited for the merchandise. I'm really just going to buy Elsa stuff, but I might buy the Sven plush because I think it's cute. I don't care for Olaf and I don't see my opinion changing, but I guess we'll see when the movie comes out.
 
Did anyone see the frozen clip in the Disney Animated app? There is about a 5 minute clip which might be in the movie but it shows the interaction between Anna (pronounced Ah-na) and Kristoff as they run away from a Snow monster with Olaf following behind. It's a pretty funny clip but you also get to hear the characters talk which is the most I have seen so far relating to the movie as there have been no other trailers released yet other than the teaser we got during the monsters u release.

For those that don't know Disney animated is an app that you have to pay about $15-20 for but I definitely think it is worth it especially if you are a Disney fan.

Yes! OMG it's such a nice preview or leaked clip of it! Such an amazing app too, soo worth it if you're truly a Disney fan or a huge animation fan. Soo we got Elsa! & she is on her own!

- I believe the frozen dolls will be $16.95 US/ $18.95 CDN. Soo just $2 more dollars than the regular classic dolls.

Thank you so much for posting this! I think I will go insane until next week! I have been in love with Elsa since I first saw her a couple of months ago. She is gorgeous! I so can't wait for the merchandise and movie to come out! The wait is killing me. I am really hoping for an 17" LE doll of her.
 
Am I the only one disappointed? She's way too happy and curtsey to be Elsa. I can see this being Anna, but Elsa... I expected elegance.. Also is it really that hard to braid short hair? Why is her braid so darn big!

Not bad at all! Thanks ^^ I hope they have some deals on the merch like they do with the regular classic line. I am so excited! But I am also going to temper myself and remember: they never immediately sell of out this type of doll - so always get the LE's first, then get the open editions.
 
I think she's pretty!! I'm looking forward to what else they will be releasing! I wonder if there is going to be a preorder for any LE on September 16? Anyone heard anything on that?

@munchiez11 I mean if you were a cast member & really REALLY want to buy it right away then yes. Otherwise you gotta wait until Sept.16 to buy all the brand new stuff ;D
