Wait, how does pre-ordering work? I have a Disney store reasonably near me and I want to pre-order from the store. Do I have to walk in on Jan. 10th and pre-order the doll? Or do I have to go before the 10th and make a pre-order, and the store will have the dolls on the 10th? (Sorry I'm very much a newbie to all of this!)

Lol you could buy about 12 of the Harrods set as they are almost a grand each. You could almost buy 100 Elsa's though.

Haha..my bad..that's what I get for multi-tasking. Forgot to add a zero. Anyway, I'm not even going to give the person the benefit of a doubt by watching that auction to see if any nut actually buys it. I see now people are even asking a bit over $100 for the 12" doll pack that sold out back in November. I keep reading that Disney will restock non-LE items in March when the movie gets released, so I'm not giving into the sharks.

Haha all good, i agree with you though I am hoping that they release more Frozen merch next week along with the preorder release of the bluray and the dolls. I suspect animator Kristoff since animator tink is coming out next week according to Stitch kingdom.

Well they just keep popping up. I reported them yesterday and today. Still there. Oh well. I guess if people want to potentially loose their money, so be it. People have already bought some sets for $600. I swear I think these sellers have people they know go on there and buy them to inflate the prices.Why is it a losing battle? Arent they penalised/restricted and banned from ebay from the multiple reports?
No worries, that being said though don't get complacent as you never know how the market will respond to these releases. I still recommend buyin the doll straight away as soon as it is released and not having second thoughts about buying it. The way I see it it is easier to buy the doll then not want it later rather than miss out on buying the doll and then wanting it later. There are always people out there that will want the dolls so it is easy to find it a new home later. It is a lot harder to get it later should you decide you want it.
With the animator dolls, once they're gone is that it? I don't usually like them but I like the kristoff one.
Oh yeah, I'll probably be ready at my computer when they're being put online, just to be sure. My mind is calmer when I order something on the day it's released. I wasn't around for the Ice Queen Elsa and I'm dying to have her so I don't think I'll have second thoughts for this one. Still have to think about buying both or just Elsa though. I'm not that enthusiastic about Anna in general, but I have this authistic mind that wants everything as a set. But you have a point, I can maybe buy both and just think about reselling it for the same price if I don't like the Anna doll. Hmm. Still time to think about that!
Yes animators are not limited stock, they will just keep producing more if they sell out. It is only when they discontinue a line (like the first line of animators that they will stop producing them)
Haha yeah you have a good 2 months at the very least to go LOL. Good luck I am sure the forum and more information/images being released will eventually sway you into getting both haha.
I wouldn't be surprised! I looked through the different threads of "other collectables" and I just fell in love with everyone's LE dolls. Bad business for me, this forum.
I just ordered the folding organiser. I could do with an address book, also might have ordered both kristoff dolls :|
Aww I just saw the light up note book available for sale in the UK, it is awesome but I would have no use for it haha, would be so embarrassing to carry that around haha.
