Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)
Does anyone have any idea when the classic 12" dolls would be available at the us Disney Store?

Also I keep hearing another LE Elsa doll is coming out. Anyone know anything about that?

There's two LE Elsa dolls and that's it.
So not sure if your talking about the Elsa which will be released in March (which had pre-orders on the 10th of January in the US).
 
Wait, is it a 3D blu ray?!`

It says 2 disc...so hopefully it will come with just the regular blu ray too? as i dont have a 3d blu ray player

I'm assuming it'll be the same as the double play or triple play (either 3d blu + 2d blu or possibly with the DVD as well) I have a 3D TV so not a problem for me
 
Hmm, not that into the steelbook. Would've expected something more stylish, maybe with an O-ring for added effect. Will wait and see what Disney Store offer before going with Zavvi.

milaya is right they have already release two Elsa and two Anna dolls so it is highly unlikely that they will release a third. If you are located in the Euro region then you still have a chance to get these dolls come March 18 when they are released on across the various European Disney Store sites for sale.

At this point in time the dolls are no longer available in the US market as they sold out on January 10 when they were released for preorder.

The classic dolls should be released again when they produce more stock but you can rest assure that they will continue to release classic dolls as they are standard stock that will constantly be reproduced whenever it is sold out.

Yeah. I remember getting Lion King (DVD), Lion King II (VHS!), Aladdin and getting lithos with each of them. Quite like them. Not sure if they do pre-orders on movies anymore though. Lion King DVD was the first and last online pre-order I did with Disney Store.
 
An update for anyone who's interested:

Concerning the Frozen Toddler dolls, all packaging (which was Frozen up until now) will be switching to the Animator Doll Collection packaging with all new shipments. Anyone who wanted the Toddler Elsa and Anna with Frozen packaging, get it now.

Coincidentally, I'm looking for the Elsa toddler doll with Frozen packaging :/

Yay! I wanted Anna and Elsa in Animator packaging, I nearly lost hope and almost bought the current ones. But are these certainly the same dolls?. Because I like the dolls, I just want the Animator boxes.
 
Wait so they are the toddler dolls, will be the same but in DAC packaging? Im confused.

I was really hoping for new dolls, as I dont like the Toddler ones that much.
 
Without starting a riot ... in the past few weeks, I've been in four different DS locations (hey, this is NJ ... home of the shopping mall!) and have heard different things from CMs in each. (And we all know how reliable that information can be!) One of them told me that the Anna and Elsa Animators Collection dolls would be Limited Edition, and another told me (while insisting that he/she/it "knew" nothing) that if such a rumor were true, it might mean different outfits at least. Again, no idea if any/all/none of this is true, so don't get your hopes up. But since the topic of Toddlers vs Animators Collection has come up, I figured I'd toss it out there. Personally, I hope it's true, because my Animators Kristoff is lonely and I don't like the Toddler versions of Anna and Elsa. (Elsa, in particular, creeps me out.) I guess we'll see what happens in the coming weeks as merch continues to roll in and fly right back out again!
 
It would be nice if more merchandise would come out now (and it actually is if you pay attention to the number of things in the frozen category on the Disney store homepage but its more kids clothes) I think we will have to wait until at least sometime in February. Considering all the interest in it at the moment it would be bad marketing (I think) to not release more items in time for the DVD release
 
It is interesting to see how everyone's preferences are different, I love the Frozen packaging for the dolls, I think it makes them unique and it gives them a special touch
 
It's not entirely related, but I went to WDW for the first time for christmas and stood in line for three hours to meet Anna and Elsa and I have never been more pleased with "wasting my time" in my life. I was the last one in line so there was no rush to go fast or pressure to keep it simple from people behind me and it was amazing!! My little sister got BOTH of the limited edition costumes for christmas and I have never, in my life, wished so hard that I was a childs size 11. I really wish that Disney would bring back their regular production of "adult" costumes (I put that in quotes because I have a bit of a Peter Pan complex). I remember as a kid looking through the disney catalogue and being so excited that I could still have their stuff when I got old. What the heck, disney. haha
 
Regarding the DAC dolls, I think there's a chance that the dolls might be a little different if they get a DAC box - I mean just look at what they did to the second edition of the other DAC dolls *shivers*.
 
Im so mad I missed the deluxe doll gift set! I had been going back and forth over getting it because of the price and finally the other day I was like oh get it you won't regret it! Aaaaaaanndd that day it sold out -_- ugh lol

And oh I'm definitely getting the new DAC Anna and Elsa! I love the Frozen packaging and plan on keeping it most definitely, it makes them special lol, but the DAC packaging will look better with the rest of them, especially since I now have Kristoff!!! DDD
 
Well I'm glad I have the old ones in case if they change them. I hope they don't add glitter like they did to the other girls.
 
You would think they would produce more snow globes. I knew I wanted one from the start but thought I could wait. With the theme of the movie and all I expected several snow globe to come out.

I agree! The movie is Disney's version of the snow queen and named Frozen! I was not impressed like most said back when the photos were first released! My cast members held one for me when they first got them but I passed because I wasn't inspired and hoped Disney would give me a better option...still waiting...lol
