I'm so sad... I really really want Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee's signature. But it makes more sense for me to get the Lopez's autographs.

I actually ordered mine about a month ago haha. So the upgrade was offered to everyone that ordered at least a week ago because I know someone that ordered it just last week and got the upgrade offer too.

LOL it was definitely sold out by the time I selected mine. I think those that were offered the upgrade were able to choose whichever one they wanted and I know someone else that got the upgrade chose theirs about an hour after I did and the option for the song writers was still available for them.
 

Wow so you could upgrade to any poster from the week. It makes sense what you were saying then about Friday not having as many. Unless maybe they had so many of each allotted for upgrades.

Well you could always order AGAIN (LOL), sell the extra vinyl set and keep both posters!

Yes that is correct, you were able to select any of the posters being released during the week.

Based on my understanding there are 50 posters each day?

I wish I could. But I'm seriously broke right now.
I bought the jungle book vinylmation tray cause I wanted the chaser, hoping that I could sell most of the figures.

Is it normal for Disney to not send an email confirmation?
I never got one.

I just had a look at my confirmation emails and there is no phone number on there at all. The contact us option is just a link taking you to the site which I am assuming you already did yourself. Hopefully they will respond to you soon. that is rather bizzare that they dont have a number anywhere. The company is called myPlayDirect so maybe if you search details on that you might be able to find a number? Good luck!
 
Hi. Can any one tell me if the frozen singing dolls 16" $40.00 will ever be back in stores or Disney web site. I been fighting myself with paying that amount on ebay.if they are not being sold any more I will pick one up. Seeing how price keep going up. Thanks for any info.

I don't believe they have a phone number. (Their customer service rating is one reason I was hesitant to purchase this set, but well, I did it anyway.) They do have a Facebook page where people seem to get a better response. You could try there. Here is the link:

Does anyone know or Think that the Disney Stores in the US will restock on the Frozen classic 12"Anna and Elsa dolls when the movie hits blu-ray on march 18th? Would benice since I and many many other people have been trying to get them since Christmas. I was lucky enough to get the 17" singing elsa at the store during Christmas but would love to have the 12" versions as well
 
It's so weird how this merch is so htf right now. There were soooooo many back in October and November. I'm surprised everyone who wants them didn't get them then.

I do think they'll restock, but I'm not sure they'll be able to keep up with demand. I know certain dolls had problems with the manufacturer in the first run (singing Anna for sure), so there might be even more problems with so many clamoring for these dolls now.

I'm just glad I got everything I wanted before it sold out. Not that I wanted much in the OE items.
 

Yes. From what I've heard at work, Disney Store is planning on having most of the Frozen merchandise restocked for the Bluray release. However, it will be a matter of how long it will stay restocked. I've mentioned before, the second we've put merchandise out for Frozen, it is all sold out. So I would suggest getting to your Disney Store as soon as they have things restocked.
People are going to come back with their coupons if they pre-orded the Bluray to buy more Frozen merchandise. Some stores have pre-sold well over 1,000 copies of the movie which means that amount of people, and then some, will be coming to buy more merchandise.
Hope this helps. Sorry if this worries you more, I just wanted you to be aware of how incredibly popular the product is and how fast it will sell once restocked. Plan strategically haha

Thanks. I kind of hemmed and hawed as to whether I wanted it or not, and if I did, I definitely wanted Lasseter given what an institution and legend he is. (Not that the others won't be in due time!) At the last minute, right at 12:01 I refreshed the page, it was there, and I just went for it. When I checked on the page after my order went through, the deluxe signed edition was gone, and a moment after that, the version with the digital download sold out, too. Crazy!

A family member very dear to me loves this movie the way I love Tangled, so it might end up with her... I'm undecided. Otherwise, this will serve as my one piece of Frozen artwork for the apartment, lol. I'm just glad I went for it at the last second, I guess!

So I was thinking the other about Disney and their whole crazy LE lines.. and I was thinking.. What if we got a LE doll set of Anna and Elsa through the ages?
Well.. Today I found Brittany Lee's artwork for Anna and I decided to do this really fast.
What do you guys think?

 
They look really nice but I do not think it's likely to happen. But I'm not really familiar with Limited Edition things. It would be amazing for sure.
 
They're sweeeeeeet! Was there ever a Frozen 12" disney doll set with the sisters? (Not the collectors edition available at harrods). Just the simple classic sisters in one box available together?
