i regret not getting the regular anna disney doll now... sort of. she sorts of looks like the limited edition one without so many details. urgh. </3 i don't even collect dolls!

this "hype" or whatever this is is getting to meeeeeeeeee.

i was told i would have to be at the store to get the merchandise because they can no longer hold items for customers when the bluray hits. o:

I'm sure Anna will come back ^_^

So update on my MyPlayDirect issue. They refuse to help me, claim they have no phone number, and are just bluntly saying my order will be cancelled. Yay.
I e-mailed Disney too, hoping maybe they could do something for me. And they cannot. I figured as much and don't hold anything against them for it, but it was worth a shot.

I guess now I just try to contact Sony (because they own MyPlayDirect). I am so flustered by this!

But in happier news, I stumbled upon a Frozen comforter at Target. I snatched it up for my college dorm room! I haven't been able to find the Disney Infinity Figures yet though, even though I've been to about 6 stores since they came out on Tuesday!

Yeah that is what myPlayDirect told me too, the order will just be cancelled and there is no way they can reinstate it. I don't think it is because they refuse to help you I just think it is in their company policy that they are unable to make changes like that since it actually states on the website what happens to orders that cannot be processed. So in a way they do actually warn you about it but it is rather silly because what if a person's circumstance changes, their inflexibility to do anything is rather frustrating. It is rather frustrating but hopefully you can get someone to help resolve your issue especially since we still dont know when they are going to be released yet so you may still have a bit of time to get it resolved. I wouldnt be surprised if it got delayed or pushed back :P.

If you are referring to the Frozen infinity figures I noticed they are still online on DS.com but if you try adding them to the cart it doesnt let you which just means the website hasnt been updated :P. But since they are OE items they should pop up again later down the track. I know that the double pack has come up at least 4-5 times now ever since it was released last November.

Disneyland Frozen Merchandise - 2014-03-16

I visited Disneyland Resort (Anaheim) today, March 16, 2014. I accidentally left my camera on the wrong setting, and it took low resolution photos (VGA mode, 640x480 pixels). So I decided to make a collage of the photos I took, instead of posting them separately.

I went to the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney, and checked out the Frozen section. They had the new Disney Parks reversible Anna and Elsa plush doll. It looked very pretty, so I got one. They had the Animators' Anna doll, but sold out of the Elsa doll. I got the Anna doll, even though it looks identical to the Frozen Anna toddler doll that I already have. The only difference is the packaging. They had some new clothing for children. They have just a handful of the Deluxe Frozen Print left, so I got one, as a spare. In the collectibles section they had a couple of Disneyland ride figures I haven't seen before, and the Lenox Belle's Wedding Dreams figure was back. I also got a new style Nightmare Before Christmas t-shirt, which had images of most of the main cast members.

In Disneyland Park, it was moderately busy. It was very warm and sunny, in the mid-eighties and approaching 90 degrees. In the China Shop, they also had the Lenox Beauty and the Beast figure in stock. I got a good score in the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ride, but the system didn't save my score, and the leader board wasn't functioning. In the LGM Command Store, they had the open edition Frozen pins still in stock, both the snowflake Anna and Elsa pin, and the Booster Pack. I got a couple of the snowflake pins. I also asked to see their selection of Limited Edition pins, and lucked out on some pins I might not have otherwise gotten. My favorite of them is the A Piece of Disneyland History it's a small world pin, which I thought was sold out (as it was nowhere to be found last Sunday).

I had no luck with getting Singing Elsa. It says "not currently in stock." Anyone else have this problem?
I had the same problem. I tried to add the Singing Elsa to my cart for 45 minutes. No luck. Looks like she sold out. I am wondering if they didn't have very many in stock.

I get rather annoyed when I see people on auctions adding "limited edition" to the describtion of the Classic dolls, just to make people believe that they will stat sold out so they have to buy them for several times the retail price. The Japanese are doing it now as well - buying up the entire stock and calling them limited editions...

Well, for the Japanese they are limited in terms of they won`t be in stock again until summer!

I did manage to get the classic dolls (wanted the two piece set but sold out) and got the plush which is what I had wanted to get.

Also ordered both of the Svens.

I hope we will get some of those things in Europe too!

I really want the singing dolls for my girls and the baby Sven plush for me. :) And Im very lucky I did not spend a fortune on that Hula Olaf on ebay!

And I know what you mean about people writing stupid things on ebay. On the swedish ebay they write VERY RARE, HARD TO FIND on the classic dolls, and they have been avalible on ds.se all the time!

i had a feeling i should have been up at that time to check the site!! maybe this means the stores will be getting the singing dolls in stock this week. fingers crossed
