Frozen Disney Store Merchandise, What are you looking forward to? (Contains Spoilers)

See, while I do love the idea, I just think that her cape is drawn weirdly.. Like it's too long!

The Anna one is just pure amazing. A masterpiece to look at.
If only I was allowed to hang art like this... If only..

Gotta settle for more "manly" art >___>

That's stunning. Did you order it framed or gallery-wrapped? I was thinking of ordering another piece from there and couldn't decide on whether to just order the artwork alone or have it gallery-wrapped.

That looks like the back of the files that were sold for the Japan cinema items. I didn`t buy any of the files for myself so I can`t recall off the top of my head but I glanced at the stuff I ordered for others and it looks similar. Maybe if someone has one they can confirm that?

I got it stretched as I intend on getting it framed when it gets to me and based on what I read that is the best option if I want to get it framed as the Gallery Print is one that is already ready to be hung up.

Also I just checked my MyPlay Direct status and here is what I found out.

It looks like they are processing the orders as we speak but only for those that do not have the posters. I ordered one with the poster and another without for a friend in the UK.

The status of the one without the poster is currently on the shipping soon status with an expected delivery date of Apr 29 to May 9. However when I check the status of the one with the poster it still states Pre-Order with an unknown delivery date.

I know there are a few promotional items that use the same artwork, such as the slip covers for the blufans steelbook. I just love that I will be one of 100 people that will own this amazing work of art. Plus it is Elsa, how could you go wrong with that, it really is stunning and cannot wait to hang it up in my Disney room, will probably have a Frozen dedicated section.

Thanks for the info! I guess that makes sense -- they might be waiting for the posters. I'm just relieved to know that the release isn't being delayed as they've apparently had problems with that sort of thing in the past. So this is good news!

I've long decided that once I get this vinyl soundtrack in my hands, I will be giving up on everything Frozen. This will be the last thing that I actually buy.
It's become way too stressful. :/

It's up to you and that is what you wish to do that is swell.. However I wouldn't give up I know it has become more of stress then it's worth. but I would keep fighting the fight
Or wait it out a bit on the merchandise if you love it then don't let the scalpers and or Company win. If I didn't stay strong then maybe I would have never had the collection I do now,

Just sayin' all the best luck to you..

Oh I grab you now. I guess with kids that could count. before they put the limit rule. I remember back in early march I saw one lady grab 8 or maybe more Olaf towls and thought jeez!

It was also used in the French release poster, which I would love to have. Oh and here is some more info about it on reddit. The user Notbackstreetboys within the comments claims they helped work on the Elsa one. I just thought it was interesting!

A. Love your DP. Rod Serling is my idol, minus the smoking part.
B. Thank you for your support! I've met a lot of disney collectors in Disney world and most are flat out jerks, but you guys are awesome in the forum. =')
C. It's not that I'm giving up.. I'm just not gonna care as much. I'm having a very stressful time in my life right now. It's been 3 weeks since I've had 4 exams in one week (3 in one day back-to-back), and next week I'm having 3 exams. I'm not doing particularly well in my classes.. And I'm having a lot of problems at work... On top of that, family problems because of Disney.
So I just wanted to get one thing out of this whole stress bubble.
I'm just not gonna stay up till midnight to check to see if there's anything released.
The only things that I really must get are the Anna and Kristoff toddler dolls and Elsa singing doll. And what's worse is that none of this is for me... It's just for my sister and friend who really want them but are too shy to ask me to get them for them.

But my Vinylmation collecting is still going on and that's gonna last a while.. or at least until I get my grail set.... The Beauty and the Beast vinylmations...
I was an idiot last year for not getting them and the cheapest on eBay is $250....

That is really pretty Polaris. I bought a 2 print set of Anna and Elsa in the Etsy.com shop "Carltionsart". As well as an acrilic of Elsa from another talented young artist. (Sorry I could not add links, I am low on the tech savvy totem pole.) There is a beautiful Jack Frost/ Elsa painting in "Bosco Spinoso's" shop. Also a few that are on the higher price side, but amazing, in "OrnamentalVista" and "Lisaleems" shops. Hope that is all not to hard to understand. If you go to Etsy's site and search Disney Frozen Paintings you can view all of what is out there. It is a lot of fun to browse all the classic caracters, some artist are as good as the real things. Now I am torn on which of my fav. princesses I want to purchase next.:dunno: Too many choices. ~Take care & Aloha

Okay. I have received ANOTHER email from My Play Direct after I threw a bit of a fit, and now they are saying they "have enough". I am starting to get paranoid and concerned they are going to send me like, a fake-signed poster, because I am being such a pain in their butt. Is that ridiculous? Lol.
Until I have this thing in my hands, I am not believing I am getting it. Such a headache.

Oh that's great! Maybe it was just like you said and there was some confusion about your cancelled order still counting for one of the posters and they finally figured it out. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Not Disney Store, but thought I'd share ... My custom Anna and Elsa earhats arrived on Friday:

The picture does not really do them justice; they are absolutely beautiful in person!!!

Did anyone elsa get the small talking Anna and Elsa plushes? I noticed that they seemingly had one line switched around. Anna says, "I am good," in a rather pleading fashion, and Elsa says, "I'm just trying to find my sister." Thought that it was interesting. XD

@lordofanime

I had heard of the Precious Moments Frozen dolls a few weeks ago, and looked for them at Disneyland with no luck. Someone got them at Disney World though. Hope they show up in other places too.

People seem to call the It's a small world dolls (in the actual ride) creepy, but I'm like, have you seen the precious moments ones? So creepy!!

Hello all,
This is my first post on this forum. Please forgive me if this is inappropriate... please let me know! I have gotten sucked into the Frozen merchandise vortex.
Anyway, I was scouting on eBay and just noticed a pretty nice deal. The limited edition (700) Frozen lithographs that Disney produced for their Hollywood promotion party in December have been trickling onto eBay. They have been selling for $175-$300 with the higher prices during the mad rush for all things Frozen in February. I just noticed one is on sale for $120 plus shipping. I bought mine for $105 last month. I promise I am not selling mine!

I am pretty computer illiterate, and so I'm not sure how to post a picture, or if I'm allowed to post a link. It's a pretty picture of a Frozen tree in the foreground with Anna, Sven and Kristoff in the background.

Sorry guys, I didn't mean to create crickets and silence

I will change subjects then. I read an article by CBS News that Frozen merchandise is slowly catching up to meet the immense demand... That this fall should see an evening out between supply and demand, that there will be new kinds of Frozen merchandise this fall in addition to what we have seen so far. I'm a doll collector and so am really hopeful for another Frozen LE doll release with the 3-D DVD release!!

the image thingy is at the top of where you comment... haha, i am horrible at explaining. but there are a bunch of font options, smileys, and then earth and weird icons. hover over them until it says "insert image". it has to be a url but you can get that while right clicking some image on the internet and clicking "view image" and copying that into the bar (that's how i do it anyway) or have the image on a photo sharing site like photobucket or flickr and put it here through that. not really sure how the link thingy works, but i would imagine similarly?
