They are both beautiful but with this big announcement I am more stressed than ever about getting them :( Will they be raffled in the stores again? I have no luck...
Also, Anna is my favorite but elsa is actually stealing the show for me on this one.. ugh, so stressful :anxious:

No, my store is in a mall and security does not let you line up until 8am so that is nice. To be honest no one usually really shows up at my Disneystore until 9 or so. There might be 3 of us there at 8 but only sometimes. However, my store is getting more popular for scalpers...the only reason I know they are scalpers is because they flat out say they are. Somewhat annoying ><

I gotta say... I'm very disappointed in both dolls... I'll elaborate later.

But just a FYI, posts on tumble about them are exploding. Good luck everybody

The in box photos look better. I think it's the lighting, but Anna especially looks cheap in the out of box photo.

Seeing the Anna in her box makes me like her more. Oh the struggles of buying both or not haha.

We also have had people calling already tonight asking about them. This is making me even more nervous.

My store is also in a mall so camping out isnt an option.. but I feel like people might just run up to the store and argue over who was there first >> I will definitely be trying to get them online first to hopefully avoid that situation

My store managers put a stop to that. They watch to see who is in line and when they open the door they make sure you stay in line. We had a couple people try that and my managers made them go to the back of the line. I LOVE my store managers!

I really love the box art for both dolls. I'm getting a Mary Blair vibe, a cross between It's a Small World and Cinderella. Definitely going to try for both dolls, but as a doll I like Anna better.

I am so excited to see the film and see which sister resonates more with me. Is anyone else both a younger and an older sister? Whose design do you like better, and avoiding any spoilery info, who do you think you will relate to more?

I thought Elsa was my gal, but I am slowly leaning more toward Anna both in terms of design and from what I have seen in the previews. Though I am a winter baby for sure. I like Kristen Bell more than Idina, but I've never heard her sing, so we'll see!

Oo, they look really pretty! Anna looks slightly off to me from the out-of-box picture though; I think it's her facemold? But then she looks good in the box, so maybe it's the light? Also, the loose hair in the back is bothering me slightly; anyone else prefer it up so far? I might change my mind when I see her in person, but as of now it bugs me. Still, the in-box picture gives me hope and I'll definitely be trying for both!

And in regards to the Demi Lovato music video, I'm not a fan of her rendition, but wowza: I can't wait to see the full scenes of Elsa letting go and unleashing her powers shown in the video!

Yeah, the lighting really screws up the look of the faces on both dolls and the in-box image looks better. They both look a touch 'off'. Maybe it doesn't help after seeing that amazing Mattel mod either. Hopefully, there will be store displays. They still look great, and I actually don't mind the green dress and loose hair. Though I still like her snow gear better.

Looks like this paycheck is essentially freed up for other things. Glad to finally know.

They showed clips of the scene when she sang at D23. It's one of the key things that got me hyped for this film.

I'm an older sister but I see my sister and me in these characters with me as Anna and my little sis as Elsa. My sis is more serious and prone to get upset and has a temper. I'm more silly and carefree. My sister is by far the more elegant and beautiful. I'm more in the cute and awkward category. We both care about each other a lot. Maybe when I see the movie my mind will change.

Interesting take, thanks for sharing :) I am so happy Disney is giving us a movie to relate to a different aspect of our lives other than romance. Tangled is very relateable to me and my guy's story, and I love it for that. And now I am happy to have something that will, potentially, related to the experience of having sisters and what that means.

On a dolly note, I think Anna's skirt, other than the slightly too small bottom, looks a lot like the artwork we have seen so far. I actually really like the lace - there isn't anything about the doll I don't like. I think the hair tendril is super cute ^^

I'm a younger sister and until recently I thought Elsa would be my favorite. I thought her look was more original (I was determined not to like Anna based on how similar to Rapunzel she looks) and I love Idina Menzel, which put Elsa in 1st place for me.

However, seeing the previews and trailers have really made me grow fond of Anna's character. I like her personality and I think I relate to her more than I do to Elsa. She does still look like Rapunzel to me but her personality seems to set her apart. I also like her snow gear and coronation outfits better.

I am so excited for this movie and every time I see a new preview or trailer I freak out and scream and sometimes cry in excitement haha. However, I might have to cut myself off from all that until the movie release. I'm not afraid of spoilers per se but with every new release (trailers, music videos, previews) I feel like I've seen so much that by the time I get to the theater I'll practically have seen the whole movie already.

I know everyone is entitled to their opinion, but when some of you are so balsy as to say you "expect better from Disney" regarding characters that we haven't even seen yet except for in a few clips, that baffles and upsets me. Why aren't y'all just grateful that Disney made them at all?! Why constantly complain and pick everything apart ????!! Good Lord folks, they're beautiful dolls! Chances are if you're always complaining, nothing they could ever do would ever suffice to please you. I am very grateful that Disney is making them for us....if nothing ever produced fits your idea of what the doll should be, you can always customize them. But PLEASE, give things a chance before you bad mouth it so quickly.

So to clarify (for my own sanity at least) the dolls can be purchased on November 20th. There is no pre-order, just a direct purchase right?
