I knew the LE's wouldn't be out yet, glad I got my sleep. BUT I'm glad to see the new stuff that I want :)
 
Yeah, perhaps Anna is a bit spoilerish. Sort of how they hid the whole Elenor/Bear bit until right before the film came out for Brave. Not much of Anna's songs have been released.

On a slightly off-topic note: Olszewski Sleeping Beauty Castle on sale for $135. O_O Christmas presant from my sister obtained as that's cheaper then it was when she talked me out of it years ago.
 
I woke myself up just to check, and now I am suffering for it. I am so tired.

Did anyone get the D23 ornament set? How does it look in person? I've been thinking about getting them but I saw the other ornaments in the store and there seems to be all sorts of quality control issues like poorly painted faces and flecks of black paint on the faces. I love how they look in the store pictures, but I'm afraid of being disappointed in person.
 
I bought the doll set from D23, but I think it's weird to find it now on DS.com.
I don't think that it will have the sticker on it.
I would like to know before receiving it...
If they produced new sets, I think it's unfair for people who attended the event and bought the dolls in theory "exclusive" to D23 expo.
Also, I already bought the classic dolls separetely one week ago, and now I regret my purchase...

Now, I will wait and see if my order is cancelled or not because I am still pretty unconfident about this sale ...

Were the dolls sold as exclusives? I can't remember; all I remember is members pointing out you could get the dolls individually in separate packages. If do disney has a loophole as they were never exclusives up begin with?

If the double pack was sold as exclusive that's not really fair of disney to put them out now. But this has been happening everywhere; I've found comic con exclusives selling at online stores which is a new definition of exclusive to me!

I ordered the d23 ornament (single ornament with Anna and Elsa) and it arrived very well packaged with no defects and it had the d23 sticker on it. I was pleasantly surprised.

I am curious about the 2 doll set, I would like to have it but I really prefer to pick out my dolls in person.

I'm thinking of trying for it too:-) would be nice to be able to be the one taking pictures at the expos versus seeing them posted from others. I heard you have to have a game plan since there are so many events and always not enough time lol. It seems like its so far away but it will get here quickly in no time! Good luck saving! I'm a sucker for new merchandise so I probably wont start really saving large amounts until after the second set of DFDC are done and LE 17" dolls for 2014 have come out lol..maybe I'll start with small increments of my paycheck a week like $10 and work my way up lol.

I need a job first before I can properly start saving :lol:! But I worked out a rough estimate of how much travel and stuff would cost and I think it will be manageable amount to save in 1 1/2 years :D! I also want to wait for the next fairytale dolls, I really would like the Pocahontas one (if they release one) and i'd love a frozen set if they released one HOW AMAZING WOULD THAT BE IF THEY DID!!! haha. I really wanted Belle and Beast but couldn't afford at the time, but personally I hate the way they were set out in their box :/
 
The Frozen things released today were nice, some of the things are already at my local DS. I am going to wait until next week to buy what I want. I really can't wait for the LE dolls to come out, I also must have that jumbo frozen pin, but I cannot find a release date :( Hopefully we can find information soon.

well disneystore UK releases a new pin every thursday! And they then update the banner for whats gonna be released the following week! So hopefully its the frozen pin!! Although, this weeks pin is aristocats, next week is aladdin..so it would be the following week :lol:
 
So happy about the merchandise update on the disney store!
I really want that Anna and Elsa Doll set that was put on the disney store but I wonder if any disney stores will have them in stock. My disney store currently has most of the Frozen merchandise in stock like the toddler dolls and even the Deluxe Fashion set.

The cast member I called said its not likely they will get in that set but still possible. Though this set was exclusive supposedly to D23. I just want to take the plunge and buy it now but the shipping is a lot to canada. Should I buy it now since it might get out of stock soon?
 
Was surprised to see the doll set online, some people were bidding serious money on it on ebay when they first came out of the d23 expo.
 
It was so weird - when my sister and I were at Disneyland at the end of September, we went into "L'ORnement Magique" in NOS, and I was wearing the adult Elsa shirt and my sister causally mentioned to the women that I know EVERYTHING about Disney, what's coming out, etc. She also said "See, she's already wearing the shirt for the movie!", and they two women working look completely dumbfounded and asked me to tell them. So I had to explain to them about what the movie was about, when it's coming out, they had a kind of merchandise "premiere" at D23, etc. One of the women said "Disney Store gets all the better stuff". I damn near choked :lol:

I suspect the Frozen pin will be a surprise (US & Europe) instead of a scheduled Thursday (Europe only) pin release.

It says that 150 are for europe :) which is good to know that its not just a free for all for the whole world as that would be crazy! haha!

I hope if it's a surprise release it's leaked somewhere beforehand of when it will be as I would hate to miss out on the pin! :(
 
I LOVE Elsa!! ♥♥♥ What a beautiful image of her. I have been transfixed with her since I saw her, such elegance and grace. I love the winter and the cold so it goes very well. I can't wait for the doll to come out and the pins!

On a side note, would someone mind sharing what programs they use to make these wonderful signatures with your wanted pins? I really want to make one, but don't know how :( I think I read somewhere about photoshop, but it is so expensive, is their another program that can be used?

I made mine in Photoshop :)! If you send me a picture you'd like for your signature and the pins you want on it i can make one for you :)!

It has to be quite a big picture for it to be high quality ^_^!
 
EEEEEEeee! I just got the okay from my fiance who is currently supporting the two of us while I finish my last semester of school that I can get the LE Anna!! :wiggle::wiggle:
