Has anyone traded with PinPics user "Pancakes"?

Hey everyone!
First off...I have nothing negative to say about this user...they have just stopped responding to my emails and I was curious if anyone else has heard from them or traded with them.
Sequence of events...
-May 12: Pancakes sends me a trade request.I respond to their request saying I am interested. Pancakes responds and asks me if I am going to the park anytime soon, as they would prefer to trade in person. I ask them which park they are referring to (since I live near WDW). I tell them that if they live in California and don't want to trade by mail I understand, but informed them that I can provide plenty of feedback and references if they would still be interested in trading by mail. Pancakes responds and says they DO live in California and they are new to PinPics...but they are still interested in trading and can mail next week.
-May 14: I ask them if they are still interested in trading, since I had not heard back from them since our correspondence the other day. They reply back saying they are still interested, and can ship any day after Thursday. I reply and tell them they can ship on whatever day works best for them, and I also request that they send their pin first...explaining that they have no feedback and I have been "burned" before from sending a pin to a PinPics user with no feedback. I also provide links to all of my feedback to reassure them that I am trustworthy, and tell them that if they are no longer interested in trading because of my request to send first I completely understand.
-May 16: Pancakes replies and says this is fine with them and they will ship on Monday. I send them my address.
-May 26: I ask them if they have mailed yet, as I had not received the pin.
-May 29: I ask again if they have mailed.
-Today (June 2): I ask again if they have mailed.
So it has now been like 17 days since I have heard from them. I have also noticed that they have added new pins to their Trades list including recent releases like the DSF Rapunzel Circus Poster, WDI Little Mermaid Sorcerer Hat pins, and DSF 4th of July pins.
So basically I am just curious if anyone else knows this person or has talked to them recently, or traded with them? I was excited about our trade and thought it was a done deal and then they just flat out stopped responding to me.
