They've been trying to do a lot of updates and improvements to the site lately based on user feedback, so I'm sure it will be up and down for until they get it to where they want it to be.

Yes they are trying to get stuff improved, but this one is on the server host. The server crashed and had to be rebooted. It was the weekend so it was hard to get a hold of anybody.
